Been a while since I've done a one star review. FLATBEDS BEWARE!!!! My BOLs said 8am delivery. I got here at 7am just to be a bit early, as it's Friday. Well, I get here and was told to go around back and I'll see a line of trucks.... Okay so I go around back and IM AMAZED TO SEE EASILY 15 TRUCKS LINED UP WAITING TO BE UNTARPED, UNSTRAPED AND UNLOADED. All on the street where signs say no parking. I got here at 6:50am, it's now 10 pm and I'm next in line to be unloaded. Insane wait times. Not many forks working either.Edit: BOL said 8am not pm.

Poor management, only one unloader that's always very slow. Very busy inbound trucks. Pack lunch and dinner no matter what time you get here. Unacceptable waiting tune. Will never deliver again

Dry van deliveries, be prepared to be here for a good while. Make sure you got plenty of drinks and some snacks to hold you over until they finally unload you.

Worst people ever. If you want customer service and quality make sure you leave here and choose another supplier. I would recommend L&W as a good option. At least they care about people and quality service. Best Supply will get mad at you for stupid reasons and if you argue, they will just tell you to, and I quote "go away and die"

Slow working guys. Arrived at 6:30. 1st truck in and out. I am the 2nd truck. Sitting for two hours. Waste of my time. The who unloads van is slow and dumba--. Van drivers reject this load at all cost.

When unloading be sure to go to their rear entrance on dividend road. No overnight parking I was told. Got there at 7;30, they open at 7, and was 4th in line but got out of there at 10. They seemed to be working hard, but they have their own trucks to get loaded and unloaded so you just kind of stay in the same spot. At least they have some hustle to them, if not you'd literally be there all day. Seen it before

Wanted to use this business for some construction projects I have around Columbus. No one in the entire business was wearing a mask! Inside or out! Everyone I encountered was rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend using them and will be reporting them to the Health department.Service: Drywall installation
