Was told to drive here by another location. They would reserve a laptop I needed. The manager did NOT set aside. The employee was a nonchalant prick that just said we can't help you. Even though I would've potentially spent more money, but clearly their customer service and any sort of sales mentality goes no where. Do not recommend this dump. I'll shop on Amazon.

Went in today to Best Buy and Drew helped us again!!! As always she provides excellent customer service!!! She is always kind and on top of everything you ask her! She finds products for her customers and takes care of them! She always assists us with finding things! Drew you are the best!!! Thankyou for always helping us!! We appreciate you!!

Certainly not the Best Buy I grew up with. Still a good place to go look at televisions but, honestly, most everything else can be purchased somewhere else. It's not a bad store, and they offer electronic recycling, but it's nothing to write home about.

THERE SEEMS TO BE A PATTERN!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I also purchased two product to build my BOSE home theatre and didn't realize that I was sold the incompatible products. I trusted the salesman only to find out later that the two products don’t go together. Now I want to buy the compatible product which is costlier but the store is not taking the old one back because it passed the return period. We also escalated this concern to the store manager who suggested we call corporate advising. The corporate advisor said only store manager could help. The store manager said only corporate advisors could help. I was only 1 day late of my extension period. It was not a regular return - I wanted to buy a compatible product which was not sold to me at the first place.
I spent on many products here over the years and I am incredibly disappointed.
Apparently, I am also trying to explore my options since I am feeling deceived by the store employees of selling wrong products.
It appears that instead of trust the store makes money on customer’s unawareness of the product.
I will also need to dispute the charge with our credit card provider and file a report with the FTC.

What's to like?!?!?
Best Buy is expensive. Where Amazon carries the same thing, Amazon is almost always cheaper. The selection of DVDs and patch cords and certain types of phone accesories has diminished dramatically.
The selection of kitchen appliances STRONGLY emphasizes Korean brands, and they rarely carry Frigidaire Amana or GE anymore. If you want these brands you will have to keep your eyes and ears open and come by more than once. Korea must be slipping some $$$$ to Best Buy under the table. LG has some of the worst quality issues of any major brand right now, and Samsung refrigerators specifically have awful, awful reviews. Problems with the condensor......
The availability of stuff on the BB website is not important to me. I want to look at LARGE TICKET items in person.
BTW The manager of the store is occasionally on the registers [mid 2023] and, actually, she might be the rudest employee they have?

We went looking for help with a car radio. They suggested we go to another place. That is a quality employee - giving a customer the best suggestion. You didn't get our business on this one but we will be back for sure!

My sister and I went to return a router because we didn’t end up needing it. When we went up to the customer service area we said “I need to return this” NOT EXCHANGE, the associate Buddy and another worker then asked why and once we told them that the internet company provided a modem and router for her they basically said that we still needed a new router. (My sister lives alone in a small apartment, doesn’t game or work from home) These boys then showed us new routers, trying to make a sale after we said we didn’t need it. They also tried to mansplain how internet works and how fast of internet she needs to stream. All of this was unwanted, I understand that they have quotas they need to meet but they pushed it too far we never said we wanted an exchange, we never asked to see other routers, we didn’t ask questions as to why we needed to get a different router from the internet company’s. As someone who also has quotas to meet at work, I never push my customers on anything nor do I make them uncomfortable by trying to sell things to them. Once I say no don’t try to manipulate and mansplain me.

Terrible customer service. They talk about you Loudly as you’re walking away. Won’t be back. Save your time and just use Amazon.
