After reading some of the other reviews it feels like there was attempts to sabotage this business and I can honestly say my experience was great. Rob and Linda were always pleasant to work with and I highly recommend this company and staff. I also had no major issues with my vehicle purchase outside of normal maintenance and I would use this company again.

SO THIS PLACE IS RUNNING A SCAM THEY WAIT TILL YOU NEARLY HAVE THE CAR PAID OFF THEN THEY COME AND ILLEGALLY TOW YOUR CAR AND SHAKE YOU DOWN. DID THIS TO MY MOM AND WE ARE CURREBTLY IN THE PROCESS OF SUEING THEM. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS HOPEFULLY WE CAN ACHEIVE FINALLY SHUTTING THEM DOWN AND HAVING SOME OF THEM HAULED OFF TO PRISON WJERE THEY BELONG

I heard this place cut people Cars off when they don't pay their insurance. I never heard of that. We don't do that in Detroit. So I guess I will go home and purchase a vehicle

This place is a sham. Rob is a terrible salesman and human being in general. So I was approved for and paid for my car just fine, literally 2 weeks after which is the exact date my first payment was due. The motor goes out on the car. So along with them having to put a newer motor in the car they also had to replace control arms, and rear differential all within the span of my first 30 days of having the vehicle. Of no cost to me mind you. I say that to say this, they repo'd my car after 4 months of paying because I missed one payment and I was there the very next day with the payment but he refused to take the payment and it's because he wanted the car back so he can resell it with the additional 6k he had to put into it tacked on. Total con artist.

I got a car from them paid my payments and for some reason they repo my car stating that I owe a payment when gave it to them but since they did not find in right drop box they put my car in repo and I called them told them where it was bc they didn’t physically show where the drop box was and wen they got my payment thet proceed it then told me I owe them repo in that same day of my car being repo was the same day my new payment was due and they told me had to pay them dat that day day in order to get my car back I told them cannot do that bc I should never had, had my car repo when I did pay them payment and bc they didn’t call ask me where my payment was , they just repo my car knowing they had the money so I told them i will take them court if they don’t giving my car back but they didn’t they said bc I was door dashing in my car something’s they said couldn’t my car back and kept my money. This car place is a scammer. Do not buy from them at allllll.

Called to find out about this companies program. Spoke to a guy named Rod. Told him my situation. His response was thanks for your call and hung up on me. Wouldn't deal with this company ever. Rude and no compassion.

Rob is an awful “salesperson.” His condescending attitude and smart mouth is likely the reason cars sit on this lot for so long. The way he speaks to people is trash. He alone lost my business to Best Buy or OMG forever! Waste of time even driving to this place. I went to look at several cars and decided to test drive one. I had to go through the approval process just to look at the car. So I did that. Approved. Now, I don’t have a copy of my insurance card so I can’t even TEST DRIVE the car? He has to drive it?? To TEST DRIVE? I’ve been with my insurance for many years, but what about the person who is purchasing a vehicle? They don’t have insurance yet. So they can’t test drive a car that they have to pay on for years? I don’t even know if I like the car and had to go through all of this. A simple explaination would have sufficed, not a smart mouth comment to a potential customer. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Bought the car less than 2 months ago service engine light came on said nothing wrong, now the starter is bad and I have to pay to fix it.

Bought a car less than 2 months ago, the service engine popped on after 5 days took it to them and they said it was the gas cap and not to worry, less than 3 weeks later the car wouldn't start and now needs a starter. All repair costs are on me even though I have had it less than 2 months. Definitely don't recommend.

Leased a vehicle and within a week the car broke down twice.Be cautious if you’re doing business here. Would not recommend.
