Terrible experience, almost had to postpone my surgery due to my prep kit not ever being mailed the shipment tracker said label printed but I never got it sent to me. I called and they said it slipped through the cracks, never shipped had to get it faxed twice to my local pharmacy they never got the first fax! Only after I called back did they verify the pharmacy got the second fax because I asked for verification

This pharmacy itself is very easy to work with, the only issue I had was my prescription medication showed up with a damaged cup that is needed for the medication I was prescribed. Not sure if UPS damaged it but, I would say if I have to use them again I will be inquiring if they can have ship the medication packaged better.

I did “love” this pharmacy until the day I took my script in and they so rudely left me a vm that they will no longer be filling “maintenance” prescriptions. Now, this was the day before Thanksgiving no less. Most business’ with any common decently will give you a heads up a least a week in advance. Especially on a medication you can not do without! And a day before a major Holiday. Plus they left this message on my voicemail! I do want to thank you though. Without your rudeness I would not have found myself at the very kind, considerate and “there for their patients” pharmacy that I am now!! Hope your pharmacy makes it!! Kk

I had to wait over a month for a medication that I should have had in a couple days. After a great deal of miscommunication I was contacted by two of the lead members who assured me they would get the prescription dropped to my house within a few hours. They dropped the ball for me, but they cared about making it right. Hopefully the company learns and can help future patients, but not me

I love this company! They are amazing and they deliver! Even on the same day. I love that they offer delivery because other pharmacies deliver but it's via fed ex or Ups ect and sometimes shipping is delayed and I personally can't afford to run out of my medications just because they can't get it here in a timely fashion. You don't have to worry about that with gifthealth. Because they are local and handle deliveries themselves. Also, I requested my doctor send my scripts over to gifthealth and they texted me the very same day welcoming me and having me call in to verify my info so they can start delivering to me and I got my first delivery this morning! Talk about fast! They are friendly, efficient and fast. I'm definitely going to stick with them because I never have to worry about running out of my meds especially the life saving ones. I highly recommend you make the switch to gifthealth today. You won't regret it.

I had never heard of GiftedHealth.. went to get my prescription refill and CVS told me it would be $836 bucks and that's AFTER insurance. I contacted my doctor and they said they'd send it to GiftedHealth. Not only did they get it down to 160 they delivered it to me free of charge. Thank you GiftedHealth ??

I had my prescriber call in comfort medicine for me Friday and was told they would deliver my medicine to my door dame day. I recieved a text message alerting me they were on their way around 5:45pm but they never showed up. I have been in bed sick as a dog since and am very unhappy with the service I didn't recieve. I have never even heard of this service before and would have been willing and able to pick up my medicine at my home pharmacy if the prescribing doctor wouldn't have been admit on using this service.

I have gone twice and both times there was over 3 people not wearing masks in a really tiny office. Being quick cannot be valued more than keeping people safe; irresponsible and inconsiderate.

Great pharmacy with fast & friendly service. Friends and family love the free delivery service, SO much better than using a CVS or retail pharmacy being on hold forever. Such nice staff who actually care for their customers. They made getting prescriptions easy!

Came in for a moderna booster. I double checked before they gave me the shot and they said it was moderna. But, I looked at the card after and it says Pfizer. They apologized but definitely weren't paying enough attention to what I was actually asking or my paperwork. Quick visit but it's irritating that I was not given the shot I asked for and made an appointment for.
