I would not recommend this place at all. I just started going here about a little over a month ago. The first few times my nails were awesome and they lasted more than two weeks. I was just in 3 days ago and my nails are already chipping and breaking. They had rough spots all over my nails and they have stains when I left. They were busy and I could tell they were rushing to my nails. I’m so disappointed in my nails and I felt like I couldn’t say anything because it was so rushed.

I have never left a salon giving no tip until today. I went in, picked a gel and asked if it had a matching polish (because I would have changed colors if they didn’t have one to match). They said yes, she did my pedicure & that was good. When the guy went to put my gel on after my nails were done, it didn’t match and they had no gel color that matched. I’m going somewhere special this time, so it mattered. He kept telling me the lady should have seen the colors had a different code, so they don’t match. I said can they change my toes from polish to this gel color, so that they can match. He said yes but another time we have other customers right now. I said ok, I’ll change my nails to polish & just use what we did on my toes-he sd that’s gnna take too long because he already had my base gel coat on. He kept saying “what do you want to do” but everything I suggested he said was going to take too long and he had other customers. He said a couple of times how this made him mad because it’s taken so much of his time and he had to talk to the lady about this because he has other customers. I wanted to say “hello!! I’m a customer too and I ALSO have other things I need to do too!! AND I’m leaving my nail appt spending $100 and not getting what I came to get, which is matching nails and should be a simple expectation at a nail salon. So, I ended up picking a totally different gel for my nails because I had no other choice and he rushed thru it, didn’t put gel on the tips, just the nail bed area, they are bumpy and several of them have a gap between the gel and my cuticles big enough to look like I need a balance already and the edges aren’t clean lines, they’re messy. I’m going home to now remove the gel. I’m better off having clear than have them look like this. Probably, what made it so much worse was him acting like HE was so bothered… no concern about how I felt and I’m the one that was paying to have it done!! I won’t be going back. The lady did do a good job on my toes, my experience was just ruined by the guy that did my nails

I do not recommend this place. I came in for a balance. Worst decision ever. The man who works here is absolutely one of the rudest people you’ll ever talk to. I have been getting my nails done for years and I stop in here for a change in salons because I saw they had cheaper options, especially for a balance. I walk in and have to wait 30-40 minutes before someone can even see me. I some how got the guy, and he told me right off the bat it’s going to cost to shorten the length of the nail and if I reuse the nails it’s going to cause mold under my nails. I literally just wanted a balance. And then there was more to the story. He was talking to me as if I was stupid. He literally yelled at me in front of every single person in that salon. I legit have always gotten a balance, I waited for 40 minutes for absolutely no reason just for him to tell me I should get a whole new set, because if I keep the ones I have on now they will get mold in them, it’s going to cost an extra $15 for removal, AND THEN he couldn’t put a new set on because they closed in an hour and he would be done at 5:30. It was insane how I was treated in there. I do not recommend. They are some of the rudest people. And I also left with dust still on my nails because he didn’t clean them off for me. He said come back tomorrow, I said absolutely not. Do not go here! They need to learn customer service, especially the man. I legit left the salon with my nails looking like this and bawling.

I’ve been going there for years, though only sporadically as I am not a manicure-all-the-time type of person. I love this place so much and see no reason to try a different place as I’m very satisfied with the price point and product they provide. I usually can get in without an appointment and my nails always look great! Will continue going there for the foreseeable future. I usually don’t see a specific nail tech, but the quality is the same across the board.

After a few years of suffering through nail salons horrible service, rude emoloyees, way over priced for bloody nails, in Mansfield. I have escaped the ugly and found a beautiful salon in Polaris. I drive an hour for the best service, friendliest staff AND The cleanest and best kept salon. No torn chairs, no filthy uncleaned stations. No dirty nail dryers. No employees on their phones. Bella Nail &Spa is my Heaven. Staff is so professional, and caring of your needs. If they gave me coffee I may never leave. Truly, when you sit and as customers come in, they know all their customers by name. Warms my heart that there are great people, doing outstanding service. Bellas, hands down, the best salon. Thank you for wonderful service, and friendly smiles. Oh, the price, for dips under 55$ not finding that in Mansfield. Thank you to all the staff at Bellas. ❤ Ruby Red, There's no place like Bella Nail n Spa.

Awful customer service. I had a very expensive pedicure and then I waited 45 minutes for a manicure. They only had two people working and when it was my turn for a manicure, they took somebody else. So I left. I do not recommend this place.

I loved my pedicure from Bella. I did not have to wait long on the Saturday noon I visited. The technician was kind and very conscientious about her work.

Don't ask for chrome :( my 1 hour appt included redoing 2 nails and this is still the result. Cuticles look worse than they did when I came in, he used a cuticle trimmer to scrape the gel off my nails and the chrome is streaky and lumpy. I think it just depends on who you get.

This place is awesome! I just enjoyed a jelly aloe pedicure with an actual real foot massage at the end. No toxins, all natural! The woman beside me is having an orange pedicure- with REAL oranges. Love love

Just had my next gen nails removed in the most gentle and kindest to my cuticles way possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I'll be returning for additional mail services next time I'm in Ohio

Nice work, quality mani/pedis. Excellent nail techs. Better to make an appointment. Sometimes they are booked if you walk in.
