Beechwold Ace Hardware is a fantastic neighborhood hardware store and the absolute best, seen as the gold standard of what one should be. It is a family-run small business and a nice change from big chain stores. The staff is always extraordinarily helpful, friendly, and kind, with extremely knowledgeable experts who know the old houses in the neighborhood very well. They go out of their way to offer solutions, providing personal service where customers are helped within seconds. The store has the majority of what is needed with competitive prices, though supporting this outstanding local business is considered worth it. Customers have been coming for many years, purposefully holding off purchases to shop there later, and find reasons to visit regularly because they love the place. It is simply the best place ever.
I've made two visits to Beechwold hardware recently. On both occasions, they had what I needed. The staff was very helpful. I'll be back.

I've been coming here for 20 + years, I hope this place never closes. The staff is always so helpful and the ladies at the register so friendly. Yeah you might pay a few more bucks on items here vs Amazon, but it's worth it to support an outstanding local business. Thank you Beechwold Ace! "I'll be back"
