Jerry and his team have done my business taxes for over 15 years. Jerry has taken great care of me and taught me so many new things throughout the years.

As is customary, Jerry is always on time to start the appointment and ends in the arranged time frame. During our meetings, he's always so friendly, efficient, and already has all of the calculations input accurately into our tax forms.
He's also amazingly quick to complete any adjustments during the session.....
We interviewed many other accountants prior to connecting with Jerry----so glad that we chose him!
He's been spot on ever since!!

I'm sorry, Jerry, but twice I've hired you and twice you've made a mistake. First time resulted in Ohio Dept of Taxation declaring that I (Jerry) had made a mistake and that I owed $600+ back tax, which they sent to the Ohio AG's office for collection. I asked Jerry for advice. He shrugged. I had to contact both the Dept of Tax and Ohio AG multiple times to clear up the confusion and confirm that I did not, in fact, owe any back taxes.And now on my deceased aunt's return (2021) which Jerry prepared for me in February 2022. First, charged me an exorbitant amount of money ($750 or $800?) for the estate return which was 2-3 pages of nothing. But most importantly, I've yet to receive the refund for her personal return. I've contacted both Jerry and the IRS multiple times, and have gotten nowhere. Finally contacted my US Representative.Today I found out the answer - There's a one page form required for claiming the refund of a deceased person. Jerry neglected to do it. This has been weighing on me for months and could've been a done deal, if we'd only included that one form.Never again.

I filed my taxes for my small business with Pam at BBI accounting this year and it was hands down the smoothest and lowest stress tax filing appointment I have ever had. Pam was thorough and efficient, and made some great suggestions that my CPA in the past had never brought up. Also, the cost of filing was much less than half the cost of what I was paying my previous CPA in past years. Would very highly recommend!

As a small business owner in my first year, I had a lot of questions and a few extra things I was doing. Meeting with BBI Accounting this tax season was an easy process, and they did a great job explaining everything to me, and pointing out where I could save time during my bookkeeping.
