I wish I got the staffs name from Wednesday morning 8/14. The staff were very professional and friendly. I went thru the insurance I pay for through T-mobile whish is Assurant. I originally scheduled my repair at the Grove City location, the staff there were very professional and apologized that they didn't have my screen part. They searched for the Scarborough location for the part, and I rescheduled online. When I went there they were very nice but they needed my NEW claim number bc the last one was closed out. I called Assurant which almost made me pay a new deductible (which last repair obviously wasnt completed), I had to argue the obvious reason until they waived that. At this point, so much time went by I had to reschedule again. I return and they say the tech won't be in until noon but Assurant scheduled me at 9. Another tech decided to fix my phone anyway and they had it repaired quickly. I was very satisfied with Batteries Plus. Shame on Assurant for putting their business associates and customers through so much. If I wasn't a professional who tries to see things from all sides, I mightve blamed Batteries plus and gave them a bad review. Through all of the frustration Assurant puts them through, they were very patient and professional. Kudos to the staff at Batteries Plus.

They always have the batteries and light bulbs I need. They'll install batteries in car remotes. They offer lifetime replacement of those batteries for an extra fee - definitely worth it.

Do not recommend for Samsung phone repairs. Associate kept taking over me with an attitude, assuming what I needed so kept giving answer to something I didn't need. Terrible customer service.

First come, first serve basis on all phone repair parts. Do not expect to get phone fixed day of claim approval.
For a store that represents Samsung, it's frustrating to deal with such an indolent person in customer service and tech repair.
Excuse after excuse, first they didn't have my phone screen type, then the repair tech stated he was the only one able to do it (he didn't want to), and then it was it was too late in the day (2 hours till close). Scheduled to have my phone repaired the next day and the tech was 30 minutes late to appointment. I requested to have a screen protector put on that I personally brought in, when I went to pick up my phone he told me there were NO screen protectors in the box. I opened it for him to show there was actually 3 inside. I wish I would've got his name, it was one of the most frustrating experiences.
Phone screen looks great now, otherwise I will be back with an update.

Had to return a battery with ill fitting terminals. Clerk would not refund core. People in line and I didn't have time to argue. Check the cheap hardware before you leave. These are new prices for refurbished batteries.

Got my phone screen fixed here, i had my phone for a week and a half then the screen went went black figured out how to fix it myself and then i dropped it from 2 inches off the ground and the screen broke i also have a screen protector on from this store and the screen protector is in perfect shape but my actual phone screen is shattered. waste of money.

Stopped by the reynoldsburg Ohio store to see if they could clean out the charging port on my mobile phone and was fully expecting to be told to make an appointment and come back or just leave the phone. Instead the friendly courteous employee took the phone and repaired it on the spot. Nice doing business with you folks, I and my wife will be back.

Good service nice people bad quality. Got a brand new phone screen that turned part of the screen black the first time I dropped it. I also purchased a new screen protector from them that didn’t protect the screen ? how is the screen protector fine and the screen is broke ??♂️ bad bad bad quality
