Best bookstore ever (that I've been to lol). I love not only the selection of all kinds of books but they also are a fun place to get people unique gifts for birthdays or holidays if gifts is your love language. The employees were also very kind and helpful.

I came here a few weeks ago during the sale they had with their hardcover books. I've never been to this location since I do not live in the area, but I've always loved B&N so I had high hopes. Aside from checkout, I had a decent experience. Clean store, large selection, mostly nice staff. I will say, though, that the lady checking me out made some rude remarks on the music items I was purchasing since I was not purchasing any books. She asked me why I was purchasing them here for full price in a very condescending tone. She also picked up one album and said, "why would you purchase this?" I was so caught off guard that I stayed silent. She then tried to promote the sale going on and some other membership. I said no thank you and paid for my stuff. I started to ask her a question after payment, and she responded in a tone that made me feel stupid even though I genuinely did not know the answer. I walked away in shock and she was still trying to promote whatever it was after me. I get trying to promote sales, memberships or cards, they may have a daily goal to reach or whatever, but there is a right and wrong way to do it. Being rude and talking condescendingly to customers is definitely not the way to do it.

Friendly staff, great book selection. The only thing I would change (not there fault) is that the indoor Starbucks can’t except Gift cards, rewards points.

They have a pretty good selection of books, it gets super crowded some times. Escalators are often down. Last weekend a dude that looked like Steve Bartman tried to close the elevator doors on me. About had to throw fists.

Went there for most recent release and was so happy they had it! The cashiers are always super nice and love the conversations about our recent books will definitely returning. The only thing is I wish they organized it kind of better. They have a mix of stand alone tables that aren’t in their related section. It took me longer than I had wanted to find all of these available books on a stand alone table in on the other side of that store.

I love Barnes & Noble. We used to stop in all the time but we don’t go to the mall anymore. We went in yesterday and I realized how much I miss it. They carry a lot more gifts (similar to Hallmark) than they used to.

I dropped in because I was given a fit card, but they had a terribly limited selection of what I needed (a simple day planner) so I spent it on a gift for someone else. Sad to say that I used to shop at B&N regularly, but it has evolved into a store that’s not for me any longer.

It's huge and you can get lost for hours in the selection of books.

I haven't been in a bookstore in a long time and I'm so glad I went. This place brought back all of the good feels that I used to have when being at a bookstore. It's a very comforting shopping experience--Very well stocked sore, clean, and pleasant.
