I'm tired of the ridiculous interest rates on savings and CDs... the only reason I've kept BoA is the service. However, it's dead too. As an example, today I came to the local branch as a preferred customer and asked to have a government document notarized. They told me they couldn't do it because BoA requires a blank box for the seal, and told me to go to the local UPS store. We'll, I don't need BoA anymore. I guess I should change my direct deposits and shut this down.

I came to this establishment to cash a check and was unable to do so because they had me waiting almost to hours just to run my check through the machine, and say they were unable to cash my check!!! What they had me waiting for the manager could have done in two minutes instead of hiding in her office or standing over top of on of the employees chewing the fat with no urgency to take care of other customers!!! If you have to go to bank of America choose a different location!!!

Went to this establishment 2 days in a row. first day arrived at 10:45 and was told that their only teller was sent to lunch and neither of the branch managers could help. so I left. Went back the very next day at 8:30 am because they opened a 9:00. When I finally got in I was told that there teller called off that day and I would be helped by a visiting teller. Waited for a half hour because one branch manager stated she needed 2 people to open vault. When they were finally able to go in the vault they tell me that they don't have the key to get inside. I would have to wait another 25-30 mins for someone to bring the key. All in all I was there for over an hour and a half. I left at 10:00 am and still was not able to make a deposit before I left.
