I visited Balani Columbus in December 2022. I was measured and ordered two suits. When they were finished, they just did not fit properly. I let the company know that I was unhappy and was contacted by Carissa. I have since been remeasured and fitted into two new suits at no charge. If this is not great customer service, I don’t know what is! I would recommend Balani to anyone.

What can I say? This was an amazing experience from start to finish. I worked with Carissa and Allie, and they were very helpful through the whole process of creating this suit. They were knowledgeable about fabrics, cuts, and had good eyes for style. They answered all my questions promptly and directly through text. Another special aspect that I take into high regards is that they were never pushing anything on me. They showed me the options, made some suggestions, but waited for me to be comfortable with the decisions that were made.I had my wedding at Franklin Park Conservatory during the winter Aglow event and the dark cherry suit fit the entire color scheme of our wedding and venue perfectly.Balani does a mix of made-to-measure and true bespoke. It is made-to-measure as you never work directly with a tailor. But don't be concerned about that as both Carissa and Allie are great at taking your exact measurements and seeing what needs to be adjusted. It is bespoke because a truly custom suit pattern is cut to your exact measurements rather than adjusting around some generic patterns. I called around to some other custom suit makers in Columbus, and compared to them, Balani doesn't take any short cuts in crafting your suit and provides a high quality product for a fair price. They also have the largest selection of customization options in the Columbus custom suit market.As of 2023 it seems that 3-piece suits ranged in price from $2000-4000 depending on fabric choices. My 3-piece suit was ~$2500 after taxes.If/When I need another good suit, I will for sure choose Balani here in Columbus, OH. The suit was perfect and blew me away. 10/10, 5 Stars, 100%.

Carissa was amazing and so helpful throughout the process of deciding every detail. We picked up his tux yesterday and it is perfect. The quality speaks for itself! Highly recommend!

I recently visited BALANI Custom Suits and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their suits. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect suit for an upcoming wedding. The suit was tailored perfectly. Carissa at Balani Custom Suits in Columbus provides by far the best custom suit experience I have ever seen! Her attention to detail, calm personality, and knowledge of the fabrics makes the experience smooth and easy. I have seen several garments in her office and the Balani quality is top notch and the fit is perfect every time! If further alteration is needed she takes care of it, which is a great example of Balani's customer service. I highly recommend!

Very kind people. Worked with me to expedite my timeline for my wedding. Had me looking legit like a million bucks.Suites are top notch. Just keep in mind they start out at 1500, and if you’re like me, you’re not going to settle with the basic stuff. Luckily we had months before the wedding to pay for it. Then again, I’ve never had a custom tailored tux so this was a new experience for me. They got my measurements perfectly fitted.Very nice that they drove to my work the day before since I couldn’t make during business hours it to drop my tux off. Would definitely come in again when my wallet recovers.
