Mike at the Auto Zone on Sancus just about saved my month. Incredibly patient, helped 3 different ways diagnosing and solving the problem. This is a good guy and hVe deserves a promotion (I assume he’s already the manager because he knew everything and knew how to find answers to questions he didn’t know the answers to). Thank you Mike!

Was heading to Good Guys car event in Columbus,OH when alternator pulley broke.Got a ride from a good stranger to Autozone. Michael Milburn was at the counter. Had alternator delivered from another store, then drove me back to my street rod.It doesn’t get any better than this. Thanks.

Ordered a part that was supposed to be in store today, when I get to the location they tell me it was never actually ordered. Never called, no email nothing. Was told to either wait or just cancel my order? Horrible inconvenience and experience.

I’m in town for the mid Ohio Honda 200 race this weekend. My 2005 Honda S2000’s alarm system disabled my car the night before. Further research showed that the alarm system needed a new battery. My only other option was to have it towed back to my mechanic in!Cincinnati $800 tow charge) - sleepless night.
I called and spoke with Mike at AutoZone 1st thing Saturday am. He had one battery left that would fit my S2K. He held it for me and even offered to have it delivered once his delivery guy got back. He also offered a full tool kit to use. I had someone take me there to pick up the new battery and toolkit.
Thanks God - the new battery worked. It saved my weekend for sure.
But Mike and his team went above and beyond normal customer service. They put me at ease and worked with me, not to mention their trust in me with the tool kit.
I wish I lived closer, as I’d shop at Mikes store often.
Well done AutoZone and Mike!!

Quick, friendly, and easy experience! I had to get my battery replaced and was greeted/helped by a friendly employee (shout out Joey!) who was happy to help. I also had a nice conversation with the other guy who was working. They ordered some other parts that will arrive tomorrow and I’m looking forward to another nice and easy experience. I’d highly recommend this location!

Beware of what you are buying here..they gave me the wrong brake pads that resulted in waste of fuel and time to come back and get it replaced. Very much disappointed

Broke down about 6 minutes away with a bad battery, called and asked for help and they showed up, helped me get to the store and I bought a new battery, helped so much when I needed it, thank you

Needed a new battery. Walked in, was helped immediately, and knowledgeably. Ryan was a pleasure to work with and got me back on my way very promptly. It's great to see a place that still remembers how good business is conducted.

Super convenient. Even though I was pretty sure what I needed, the staff went above and beyond to help. And even offered to assist in switching out my wiper blades. 5-star service for sure.

Astonishing customer service. My car battery died and I needed a replacement. Despite the freezing cold (it was 19 degrees today), and a lot of customers inside, the gentlemen I worked with quickly found me a battery, and installed my battery in the parking lot, right then and there.He got all this done in less than 10 minutes and again, in freezing 19 degree temp.Down the road, 2 auto shops quoted me $250 for a job that AutoZone got done for $101.

Just went into the store because high winds made my passenger side mirror come apart from the housing. It was dangling from the frame and hitting the car. Went right to the store, spoke to Ryan, who came outside in the wind and rain with a flashlight and popped my mirror right back into place. I am so thankful to have an honest person help when he could have just sold me something or acted completely disinterested. I really appreciate Ryan's help and will definitely consider coming back to this store in the future! Thanks again, Ryan!
