I brought in a Nissan Maxima with a dead battery. The store manager showed me several options and of course they installed the battery for free which is where these guys went all out. The battery was leaking acid everywhere so the connections were basically fused together. They worked that thing for half an hour but finally got it off. They warned once they got it off they may not get it back on but they didn't give up. I wish I caught their names but it was the store manager and the two other guys that were working this morning. Thank you you guys for all your hard work. You earned it today. Thank you.

Yesterday I went to AutoZone to change my battery. The store clerks especially Robert were very friendly to me and helped me a lot. The screw hole was blocked by a loose part, and they patiently helped me solve it. We tried many times and finally installed it. Thanks again for you guys!

I want to give a huge shout out to Jacob K for the amazing service he provided to me this morning. He truly went above and beyond to assist myself and 6.5 month old baby!! I needed assistance with bulb replacement! He made the experience effortless for me and was easy to talk to.Things can be especially tough being a single parent and trying to navigate this thing we call life but people like Jacob help make the world a better place one gesture at a time!!I hope management sees this and not only gives him praise but a pay raise! Thanks again.

The engine light came on in my elderly mother's car. I went to Auto Zone because of the free testing to show what may be wrong with the vehicle. I walked in, and was immediately greeted with a smile by Manager Jacob Kuts. He checked my vehicle, showed me the report on the computer, and gave me a printout of the possible issues. One was something as simple as a loose gas cap. This wonderful service by Auto Zone saved me the stress of having to get to a mechanic and hope I'd be given an honest answer. Jacob provided the most caring and human customer service I've received in a very long time. Too often in this city, I receive disinterested, indifferent, and sometimes just plain rude customer service, and it's sad. Thank You, Jacob. You made my day. You gave me hope there are still young men who want to help others, with kindness and respect. You're one in million, and Auto Zone is lucky to have you.

They said they will accept used car batteries. When I brought them from home after 15-20 mins of the staffs refused to take them. If you are not going to accept just say that, it is ok. Don’t play with the people.

This was an excellent experience. First step into the store, the manager Richard speaks directly to greet me and ask if I need help. And I do! Had to buy turn signal lights for Kia. I was helped and rung out at register. Upon asking if anyone there can help put the bulbs in, Richard says "Of course". He calls Mr. Brandon who helps me change out both lights right there on my car It was the best service. Willing, helpful and completed! Im going to this store location from now on. Great working ethic!

Came in needing 5 items and Robert greeted me right away. He showed me all options and within 10 minutes, i had every item, every available discount, and was checking out. Robert is the man, he'll make things easy for you!

This store is terrible. Staff never greeted me or asked if I needed any help. They sold me the wrong parts even though I was sure of the part I needed. Had to do a return/exchange. The person that helped me second time around was clueless. Instead of looking up what I needed he decided to just process the refund. Then I find out they didn’t have the part I need. Now I have to drive 40 minutes out of my way to get what I need. I will not be going back to any auto one after this experience.

The staff are all nice and helpful but Robert (I think that's what the gentleman said his name was) went above and beyond. The guy was super helpful in helping me find everything I needed for my new car and did it with a smile on his face. Great customer service from start to finish! I highly recommend this location.

i do not recommend. what i don’t get is how women get treated completely different than a man. i went in to get my engine light checked out and get a code reader hooked up to it. the girl was so rude. she just no. refused to help and just kept answering no to me. i literally went back in my car and just cried. like come on. do better. i will never come back and i will gladly say that i will take my money somewhere else where i won’t be disrespected and laughed at. if you are a girl, stay clear. only putting one star bc i have to

I’ve been back and forth from this location and the main hub on west broad and they both keep giving me the wrong parts. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for now on.
