Check out times are ridiculous. Huge line of people to check out and there is only one cashier. Attended one person within 20 minutes. This place is just terrible. If you are in a time crunch, I suggest you go somewhere else.

Called to check stock for a tool Vladimir said yall had it but when i drive over to get it its not here why would you lie to me and waste my time Vladimir is not helpful or professional.Bunch of entitled brats working wouldn't test my alternator after another location said this one would help no service whatsoever.

After my experience with auto zone for sending me a very obviously broken part, my experience with the staff when I got to the store was enough to make sure I never return to this location or order online from AutoZone again. Shout out to the light skin manager guy. I believe your name was Greg, your attitude sucks and the short yt dude with brown hair and glasses, customer service is not your forte. Heading to O’Reilly’s now to order all the parts I need to rebuild my AC. I’ll be sure to return all of my AutoZone items tonight.

The name is a little misleading. They sell car parts. Not cars. And it's run by live humans, nothing was automated. The go to zone if you have a need for car parts. They have parts for cars. Most of them. The parts, not most of the cars. You'll want to go to an auto dealer for that. This place should be called Car Parts Zone. Five stars for car parts.

Was sent to an AutoZone that was on the west side of Columbus customer service very nice very helpful I try to call another AutoZone when I was there to get information about a part that was needed but they did not answer the phone correctly and when I asked what their address was to tell the AutoZone on the west side they want to know who was I I told them I'm with AutoZone on the west side and need some information but they told me to ask for your location finally the West side AutoZone took the phone over and ask the East side Auto cell what is your address we're trying to wait on a customer why why are you not answering your phone correctly the West side AutoZone customer service was superb but the East side AutoZone need some training and customer service and it was bad that we had to go to the west side and ask for a part which have to be ordered the East side AutoZone told me to go there and that the West side had the part. The Westside AutoZone said this is a part that have to be ordered and we can do that now for you I was in and out in no time.. thanks to the West side Auto part Columbus Ohio location
