Staff was rude and condescending. Refused to return our online order. Told us misinformation claiming we had to mail it back, yet it states online that you can return in store. Went to the 5th st location who gave us the return without any hassle and great customer service.

Friendly, HELPFUL staff, well organized, and clean store. Conveniently located just West of the freeway exit. The manager, Rick was EXTREMELY accommodating and helpful!! This will always be my FIRST choice for my auto parts needs!!

Very rude staff. Told me "you can't come in and browse at AutoZone, you browse at Walmart. ". While I'm already holding an overpriced tire pump to purchase and looking at other things. I will not return to this store.

Store manager Rick was beyond patient and helpful by changing my taillight bulb. The dealership would've chargered me $200 to do so. He was very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond. Customer service top tier!!
