Efficient, friendly, helpful. Placed an online order for a battery and it was ready for pickup in minutes. G went above and beyond processing the credit for the return of the old core. Will definitely be back so future needs.

It's terrible the 4 times I've come they close 2 or 3 hours before and people have to go further away because they don't feel like serving, terrible service in the autozone on Livingston Ave and Ohio Ave

After having NO service at the Harrisburg Pike location, I came to the Livingston Ave location and received EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from G. Coles and the store manager, Taf (?). They found all the parts I needed and helped me get them to my car.
I should have come here in the first place because the service is top tier.

Came here to get a battery replaced in my '14 Chevy Malibu. The older gentlemen who helped me was amazing. It wasn't easy getting the battery back in and we had a few hangups in the process but he stuck with it and made sure everything was put back exactly how it was supposed to go. It was also 20° and windy! But he went above and beyond! I'm truly grateful for his help! Definitely recommend this store! All the employees were knowledgeable and amazing!

Absolutely five stars. It is very difficult to find above and beyond customer service like this nowadays. I ordered a battery for my car yesterday because it died and I had a very tumultuous work day and it was hard for me to make it back to the store before they closed. The employees there went above and beyond to make sure that I could still get my battery tonight and get my car taken care of. Absolutely awesome
