Excellent work at a great price. There's only 3 places in Columbus to get hi fidelity stuff fixed, and I use each one for different reasons. AudioWright is perfect for vintage (1975 - 1999) receivers, cassette decks, and turntables. I know, I know... "but Malcolm, they're backed up for 4 months" - hey, you want it done right, or do you want it done fast. Well worth the wait!

I have a 20 year old Sony 300 disc changer that needed new belts. I was told up front of the wait time. The work performed was really great. I drove an hour away to have it fixed and I would do it again. The staff was very friendly!

Incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and has earned my return business for any audio equipment repair.

Even though the company could not assist me in our repair due to the restrictions imposed by the manufacturer or our AV Receiver, they were very generous in talking me through the possibilities of what could be our issue and also offered advice on where to go/what to do to get a repair

Michael has repaired two three-head cassette decks for me, and he did a fantastic job with both of them. He is a very careful and knowledgeable repairman. His prices are very fair also.As others have noted, when he takes your equipment in, you go in the queue. It's going to be a couple months before he gets to your job. But when he does, your piece will get his full and expert attention. I have found his communication to be reliable - he doesn't make empty promises.A little detail on the repair work he did for me: in addition to needing new belts and other adjustments, one of my cassette decks somehow got some magnetic material ground into one of the pinch rollers. Every time the pinch roller went around, it recorded a click to whatever tape was playing. If you played the tape again, you'd get another layer of clicks. Michael diagnosed the problem and solved it. The deck is now like new and I am enjoying it very much!I would take my electronics here without any hesitation and I give Michael's shop my highest recommendation. He's a pleasure to do business with.

I had purchased a used Marantz receiver from liquidation auction. It was not cheap. No warranty and stopped working immediately after I got it home. My wife was going to kill me for spending money on a broken receiver. Fortunately I found this shop. The owner is very busy, because he does good work, so be prepared to wait for up to two months unless you want to pay non-refundable rush fee. I paid the fee of $99. and my item was repaired in one day. Now I can once again sleep in my house next to my wife.

Best service on my Nakamichi tape deck; fixed a recording problem it had after another shop rebuilt it. Also the audio wright repaired my Sony TA-F60 integrated amp so it's back working just like it did in 1979 when it was new! If my Sony TA-F808ES needs work, it will be taken to the audio wright for repairs!

I recently took my old record player and amp in to get repairs from Audiowright. I was excited about this because the record player was my fathers and probably hadn't been looked at once in about 20 years. Needless to say it was time for a repair.

Did a nice job bringing my 60+ year stereo back to life. Not cheap but got the job done and as I was told still cheaper than others in the area.
