Called to request a service apt. for my Audi TT the service manager told me they weren't too busy if I could get the car there within the hour they could look at it. Within 1 hour I had the car towed there from Lancaster and it was rushed into the garage like an ER patient!! Tristen handled my car's service and was very skilled and informative about what was going on in the maintenance shop. My car had a massive coolant leak and pressure issue. I had already diagnosed the leaking thermo housing part, and had it in the front seat when It arrived. Service check indicated that it was in fact that part. The mechanic sent me a video so I could see what and where he was talking about. Tristen kept me up to date in real time with text messages and I ok'd the required work. All the diagnostic scan funds were credited towards the labor once I ok'd it. The following business day, damn near the whole engine was apart, they changed out the leaky part and put it back together. That same day Tristen called and notified me that the car was ready for pickup. The girl at the service pickup desk was professional and gave me a detailed breakdown of everything they checked and how the car preformed. Since the service I have had no issues, the car is running 100% better then it was prior to the leak. My car was washed, and waxed and looked brand new when I picked it up!!Great Friendly and professional staff!! Would recommend for all your Audi needs! Thank you All

May 2023 - Unfortunately in April 2023 my beloved 2016 Audi Q5 was totaled :-( . (Thank goodness it wasn't my fault and the other person who totaled my truck had insurance). I immediately called Audi Byers to inquire about a new Q5. Called to make an appointment and got Hunter who was expecting me at 5:30pm (he kept reiterating that they closed at 6pm) but ok, I got there a few min. early. I liked what I saw and the price (remember I lovvved my first Q5). Me and my fiance decided to test drive the 2023 Q5 at around 5:45pm. Not even 10 min. later Hunter calls me, and made me feel like we were stealing the test drive by questioning our whereabouts, so we rushed back (reminder I ordered my first Q5 brand new from Byers (just check the system sir! And was looking for a 2023/2024 but ok whatever). We got back to Byers Audi (literally was around the corner) at about 6pm. He took the keys and said he would follow up. I liked the Audi but definitely did not want to work with Hunter so I called and left my prior sales rep. (now Finance Mgr.) Mike G. a message. Well, unfortunately no one ever called me back or followed up. I guess repeat customers are not valued at Audi Byers. Definitely wont do business with this group again!!! Two stars b/c my first experience was great...Guess business has gone down since my first Audi Q5 purchase.

Took my audi q5 in when i got it back the car wasnt put back together and wires were cut. I wouldn't recommend.

I make a special 30 min trip to the East side, though I'm living in Dublin. I avoid the other Columbus Audi dealership which is right around the corner. These guys aren't playing games with inflated big ticket, impending doom, service demands, trying to put one over on the layperson. They also assumed I needed a loaner rather than leaving me in the lurch because I didn't ask for one in advance. Super friendly, never looking down their noses or condescending. Thanks again, guys!

The service department employees were great to work with when ordering my new key fob. If you're headed to that building, it is located behind, to the right, of the sales lot. There is an awning that labels it too.

My oil light was on so I called Audi service and they offered to too off for me if I could come in.i couldn't so they talked me through the process!

I took my 2004 Audi TT here this week. I needed a diagnosis on a check engine light. They ended up replacing the fuel pump. One day later the check engine light came back on, and I got a call (from the service center) asking how the service was. Conveniently enough, I just explained the situation, and I’ll tell you what… they went above and beyond to resolve the problem! I also can’t recommend Tristen enough. He was very nice and professional! Being new to Audi, I didn’t know what to expect. Now I know what kind of commitment THIS SERVICE CENTER has to their vehicles. 5/5 would DEFINITELY recommend to a friend. THANKS GUYS!Services: Auto engine diagnostic
