May 2023 - Unfortunately in April 2023 my beloved 2016 Audi Q5 was totaled :-( . (Thank goodness it wasn't my fault and the other person who totaled my truck had insurance).I immediately called Audi Byers to inquire about a new Q5. Called to make an appointment and got Hunter who was expecting me at 5:30pm (he kept reiterating that they closed at 6pm) but ok, I got there a few min. early. I liked what I saw and the price (remember I lovvved my first Q5). Me and my fiance decided to test drive the 2023 Q5 at around 5:45pm. Not even 10 min. later Hunter calls me, and made me feel like we were stealing the test drive by questioning our whereabouts, so we rushed back (reminder I ordered my first Q5 brand new from Byers (just check the system sir! And was looking for a 2023/2024 but ok whatever). We got back to Byers Audi (literally was around the corner) at about 6pm. He took the keys and said he would follow up. I liked the Audi but definitely did not want to work with Hunter so I called and left my prior sales rep. (now Finance Mgr.) Mike G. a message. Well, unfortunately no one ever called me back or followed up. I guess repeat customers are not valued at Audi Byers. Definitely wont do business with this group again!!!Two stars b/c my first experience was great...Guess business has gone down since my first Audi Q5 purchase.

Took my audi q5 in when i got it back the car wasnt put back together and wires were cut. I wouldn't recommend.

The store requires a Vin number to order a simple hose. If you don't provide the VIN than theyll send you an email that'll go into your spam box requesting it and won't ship the order until you send it to them. A simple phone call could of fixed this instead of an email. I don't have time to check my junk box and was expecting this item last week. The guy on the phone was somewhat nice so I'll John that. But fix y'all's order management system...

Poor experience with my online order. Order was cancelled with no prior notice, notification or explanation of the cancellation.Nobody seems to know anything when inquiring.

Worked with the staff to find a car. Super friendly, helpful, they even offer water. The staff take care of you like family. I highly suggest Rufus as the car salesmen. He spoke with my other half about their cars, he's Very knowledgeable. The dealership is clean, they have a whole cafe if you would like coffee. They have a nice supply of vehicles as well.
