Tim Ortat got me what I needed and was pleasant. I typically dread going to the ATT store just as much as going to the car dealership. You’re normally there for hours! Tim had me on my way in 20 minutes. Hire more people like Tim.

They couldn't give me a simple sim card replacement and told me i need to paid the phone off first !! That is insane went to another store and got it figured out in less than 5 minutes

If I could give a zero I would. If you’re a criminal this is the company you should use. They allowed someone to open a cellphone account under my husband’s name - no ID no nothing required. Now we have to prove that it’s not us and are making us go through hoops because one of their employees authorized someone to open an account in our name with NO ID. Worst company ever. Would never do business with them.

There are people who speak Spanish. so these stores should hire people who speak this language. thus the communication between the buyer and the seller is more fluid and with understanding

Zach made switching phone carriers a breeze. This is by far the fastest I have been in and out of any cell phone carrier store. He was able to save my family money with up front costs as well as save money on our monthly bill. If you are considering AT&T, this is the store you want to visit.

Do not shop at this location. Try to find another local AT&T store or shop online to save yourself a ton of frustration.Upgraded my wife’s phone with Anthony and the initial transaction was great. Had to turn in my wife’s old phone once the data transfer was complete and was told we could do that anytime.My wife tried to return it today and ‘worked’ with Kenny. He was rude, diminutive, and could not have cared less for her experience. She was not an authorized user on my account, so I added her as instructed. Tried to call to let him know it had been completed and he was dismissive and disrespectful. He hung up on me three times, each time telling me to contact customer service to resolve, despite my wife being in the actual store working to resolve this issue.Finally I was able to connect with Anthony who resolved this issue promptly. I asked to speak to the manager Max to share my feedback she was unavailable, but he did have her call me back. Max appeared to care about my concern at first, but that concern quickly dissipated as she was carrying on multiple conversations and was clearly distracted. Generic responses and no real empathy, which was disappointing.Overall, Anthony is the shining star in an overall dim brick and mortar experience. Buy from him, online, or anywhere else as this store just doesn’t seem to care.

Zach was great, called the store to get an appointment, was able to communicate over two days to set up an appointment since I needed time to coordinate time. He was able to get us set up with the best deal possible and made the process of switching careers and setting up fiber internet very easy.

I ordered a new phone for a family member to add to my plan, I took it to the AT&T store to have it activated and get a case and charger.. and it was taken care of immediately as I walked in. I appreciate Anthony’s expertise and excellent service. I will definitely go to the Polaris location for future AT&T Wireless needs.
