Me and my husband came into the store about a week and a half ago to get on our first phone plan. There was a deal where you get to free iPhone 15 Pro maxes if you get on a plan and you're eligible for trade-in so we got on that plan the guy who helped us said that it was going to be so cheap and it was such a great deal And it was going to be around 120 to 140 a month or first bill was over $300 and then we had to spend multiple hours and multiple different AT&T stores to get everything sorted out all well being on the phone with customer service as well But yes, pretty much. He added a bunch of stuff to our account that we had no knowledge of and gave us the higher paying premium plan when we said we wanted the cheapest one. Never coming back here and I hope this man doesn't get a good commission because we returned the phones because of how much of a hassle it was

I am usually not the type of person to make a review but the service at this location was absolutely remarkable. I went in to change from a previous phone service provider and Mr. Geoffrey Amburgy informed me on the perks and services that AT&T has to offer. Not only did Mr. Amburgy show great knowledge and professionalism, but he was also very generous, trustworthy, and personal. Thank you for your service, Mr. Amburgy, and his team.

I came for a new screen protector and stayed for the service. I was in and out in 10 minutes, had a lovely conversation with the staff and they also gave me some great tips about functionality of my phone. I will be back!

I came to trade in my iPhone 12 for an iPhone 14 in June of 2023. I was greeted by the store manager Geoffrey Amburgy, he, upon hearing I wanted to take advantage of the $700 trade-in promotion immediately sat me down and started filling things out on the iPad. He gave me very little information, other than options for screen protectors or cases. He finished on the iPad, claimed the trade was complete and had me pay and wait for my phone to backup. I came to find out he had added every upcharge he could that I had to cancel from AT&T customer cares in the days and weeks after. Further, the customer cares specialists claimed they didn’t see that I traded in my phone and told me to wait as the trade in may take up to 3 months to appear on my account. 3 months later they claimed I had never traded in the phone, and digging further, we found my phone was traded in under a different number. The manager had traded in my phone under the store phone number so I wouldn’t get credit for the trade. I’m not sure if this was intentional or accidental, but it seemed extremely fraudulent. Customer cares claimed I had to go to the store to correct the issue as it was entered at the POS and there was nothing they could do. I went and spoke to him twice, he first promised it would happen within 3 days after I spoke to him, a week later, hearing nothing, I went back and found out that whomever was in charge of approving the issue had brain cancer and stepped down, so he wasn’t sure when it would be adjusted. He refused to provide any details beyond this and claimed that he had done everything he could, and did not want to involve his district manager. Do not buy from this store, it is clear they are a bunch of crooks who need to be reported to the FCC and BBB.

I thought my screen was cracked, but Trent was clever enough to check my screen cover, and, luckily, that is what was cracked. Ten minutes later, Trent had applied a new screen cover, and I was on my way!

Went in to switch my business lines over from verizon and Cole, Trent, and Taylor were very helpful through the long process of transferring our information to new phones. The manager Geoff checked in also to see what he could do to help also. What we thought would be a nightmare of a process turned into one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I would give more stars if I could!

I came in to set up a new account for my adult children and move one of them from Samsung device to iPhone. Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She patiently answered all of our questions. It was a very smooth transition. I’ve found my new AT&T store. Thanks so very much Taylor.

The service here is horrible. Never enough people here. Even minor adjustments take an hour. Pretty sure the BMV is better than this. Terrible.

This particular store is trash! Either they don't want to do their job or don't know how to do it. I had to go to another store location for an upgrade because this location didn't want to do it. Because of their incompetence, I almost switched carriers and would've my family's also. Find another location to visit.

Would give it a zero if I could! Went in for a white and silver Apple Watch series 8 tonight and they didn’t have it so they ordered it but I can see on the order that the one coming is Starlight and not white and the store is closed so now I have to wait for the wrong watch to get here and then spend more time waiting for the correct one to get here when I can exchange it. This is per customer service that I waited 45 mins on the phone for just to tell me they can’t cancel an in store order. Yep- I’m pretty mad! He also didn’t go over ANY information about activation fees, new monthly bill amount, etc… just wanted to sell the watches and rush us out of there. This has been a huge inconvenience. We are canceling my watch order and returning the black one we got my husband and will be buying through someone else.

Cole H. and Tomina helped us yesterday with a new phone, watch and accessories. They were beyond amazing. I would 100% recommend this store and these employees every time!
