What a rip off! Bought a clock tonight that was actually broken and husband decided that he wanted enough to fix it. The outside sticker said one thing and the actual clock had a sticker that said $10 cheaper. Aren't there enough scammers in this world!? Infuriating! I am so sick of thieves! Brace yourself--this place is huge!! They MUST have the largest selection of pots for plants, outdoor pillows, indoor pillows, ceramicware and rugs I have ever seen?! To be honest, I was a bit overwhelmed and was zigzagging the place out of any logical order and missed entire sections! Lots of unique stuff, too!! The checkout process was flawless and the cashier clearly believes in the rewards program bc she wasn't just repeating it, she nailed it!! I WILL be back!! Ample parking and nice carts, too!

Way too expensive prices are too high even the clearance aisle was hi too if you're going to put stuff on clearance or at least mark it down it's just too much money sound about four things there that was up store was not very busy I think if you come down on your price is a little you'll get more customers

I purchased furniture which was heavy and later realized I had a coupon for it. When I called the store, they asked me to process a return and re-purchase. Which I understand because they don't do price changes. But I asked her if I can give the receipt, the tags with the barcodes and process a return and re-purchase without bringing the items since I will be buying the exact same thing. But she was very adamant and kept telling me to bring the furniture back in for a return and re-purchase. I don't understand the logic when I am buying the exact same thing. Do they put it back on the aisle and expect me to get it back from there?!
I chatted with customer support and they said that it depends on the store manager and most stores will accept the exchange and help me re-purchase it without having to bring the furniture. I guess this store needs some serious help!!

This is the THIRD time I been here and have been charged/rung up for the wrong item at a HIGHER price. They also see the red discount tag and still ring you up for the retail price. You have to pay CLOSE attention at the register because they are most likely charging you at a higher amount. I finally had to put a stop to it because the chair I bought said $29.99 and I was charged $59.99 and the rug I bought was for $99 and she tried charging me $159. If I didn't speak up she would never had said "Oh sorry, that scanned wrong". She is scanning from the price sheet, so pay attention to them. Their prices are already too expensive and yet they have the audacity to overcharge. Their inventory couldn't possibly match their financials if they ringing up wrong price for items are they not catching this on the finance side (smh).

Valerie - that’s the rude staff . She misbehaved with me and my family. She needs to be retrained in customer relationships. Absolutely rude and arrogant. We decided to not check out any stuff from this store after our experience with her . Not going back to this store ever . Horrible experience.

It's been a while since I was insulted by a stranger, but the staff here went the extra mile and made it happen.
Also, they didn't have what I needed.
Edit: came back today and it happened again. Clearly they have a hiring issue at this location.
