A lot of cute items but wasn’t even acknowledged. Completely ignored from walking in to walking out. They only go up to a size M for women but a bit more inclusive for men which is unfortunate.

Really cool clothing, nice workers, and curated shopping experience! The clothing was high quality - 100% cashmere sweater, high quality denim selection, and prices to reflect it $$$.

Unique shop with a well curated selection of high quality clothes. There is a large selection of made in the USA items, and the people working there are friendly and knowledgeable. They also offer free alterations on jeans to give you that custom fit. They’re the only place I buy my jeans, and I’ve been extremely happy with everything I’ve purchased from them

What an awesome boutique. The staff were super helpful, patient, informative, and attentive. I chit-chatted with several employees for a bit before we spoke about what I was looking for. We discussed what styles, fabrics, and brands had the best offerings and sizing for me. I ended up picking up a new pair of jeans and was very happy with my purchase.I have visited several other denim focused boutiques in other major cities, and this shop had the best overall experience of them all. I would highly recommend this store to anyone interested in raw selvedge denim and other American heritage apparel.

Must Stop! Great store, laid back vibe, high quality clothing. All the things you hope to find in a cool a** clothing shop. But, what really made an impact on us was the customer care. My girlfriend and I both were so impressed by Kevin Van Order. Talk about class... This gentleman was so knowledgeable, helpful, and just genuinely kind. He made the shopping experience a joy for my gf, and tolerable for me ; ) It really meant a lot to us both. Thank you!

I’m surprised the reviews are so positive. My friends and I wandered in this weekend to take a look around. Wonderful brands, top notch denim, cool tees, luxury basics etc. but the aggressive sales tactics, attempts at jokes regarding what we were wearing and how much we purchased was incredibly insulting. Staff and owner essentially insisting we try on clothes in front of entire store and trying to convince us to buy. Like full court press attention on my friend. When stating I was going to buy a shirt, one sales person shouted “that’s it” and prior to that “i heard you had a mountain in there.” When I finished trying on… the owner asked if the pants I had exited dressing room were my own (they were) he said something about them being old navy jeans (they aren’t). There were also off handed comments about us shopping the sale rack. Like ohhhh you guys like sale stuff? There is also barely any size inclusivity.. like stopping at size L/ 32 for women. Was actually a pretty offensive shopping trip.. myself and two friends were quite disappointed and we all felt disrespected. I wish I hadn’t purchased a $65 tshirt.

Kevin and the staff were fantastic. Certainly quality denim with a variety of fits/styles. I will be going back and giving them my business in the future and I would suggest if you are in need of a very nice pair of jeans, you make this shop a destination.

Fabulous staff and amazing brands in store. Kevin was delightful to talk to and him and the staff helped me pick out a great piece to elevate my wardrobe. Do NOT pass by their door if you are shopping at Short North, it is a MUST stop spot.

Product is superior but the service is unbelievable. Kevin went over and above to make sure I discovered some options in the same field I was searching for. Well past their business hours as well. Didn’t know places like this existed anymore until I stopped in. Had a great time interacting with the staff and they were so helpful, patient, and encouraging. Absolutely love the jeans and shirt they helped me find. Been wanting to visit a place like this for over a decade glad I finally found it. Will be back for sure!

MUST TRY:*Kato 4-way stretch denim* It's honestly going to be hard going back to my other 4 pairs of selvidge/raw after trying these because they are so damn comfy. Look great too. I wear a 36 waist but sized down to a 33 because they are stretch. Don't be scared to try on a size down*Kato The ripper 100% organic cotton shirt* It's double layered so you don't have to wear an undershirt and softness is unreal. Seriously, just ask for it. Never would visit again. I went into this store yesterday with my mom as we were walking down high street. As soon as we walked in the women working commented on my clothing and insulted me. She made a joke about the tennis skirt I was wearing, as well as, told me I’m dressed like “every other girl in Columbus” and mentioned my outfit was a strange combination. Mind you I was wearing a white tennis skirt with a black shirt. We immediately left and she lost our business.
