Don't buy online until you read the return policy! And even if you have followed the directions, you will only get a store credit. And if they do not have in stock the item you want to exchange (for a different size), they will only offer a store credit. And you have to pay shipping both ways

I’m very surprised by the negative reviews. I visited the store for the first time in December 2023. I enjoyed the atmosphere and received great service. The natural and environmental fabrics made me happy. It’s a cut above fast fashion. I admittedly bought nothing in the store but bought the clothes online; so, I can’t speak to the dressing rooms. I’m from Cleveland where we have terrible retail stores. I think people in Columbus might not know they have a good thing.

I had a fantastic shopping experience at Aritzia. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. I had the pleasure of receiving excellent assistance from a shopper at Aritzia. Shoutout to Emerson, she is attentive, patient, and had a great sense of style. She helped me pick out outfits that suited my preferences and body type, making the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. The fitting rooms were clean and spacious, allowing me to try on items comfortably. The checkout process was efficient, and I appreciated the various payment options available. Overall, Aritzia provided a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience that left me satisfied with my purchases. I will definitely comeback.

This is the dumbest store in my opinion. Which brand thinks it’s a smart idea to not have mirrors in a trial room? Idk if it is just this location or all aritzia’s are like this very few trial rooms have a mirror if not you have to step out into a hallway where they allow every random person to sit and wait to see if you like what you are wearing. I felt really uncomfortable as I was trying on clothing with different cuts and sizes and was scared I would accidentally flash somebody. The clothes are too basic and barely have any color options except for like brown white and black. You would probably find similar options in Zara,H&M ,madewell -!; express that fit better.

No diversity or inclusivity AT ALL, pretty much white washed energy. Let's be real, they cater to one look and one size for the most part, if you want anything I’d order online. I know other locations are better but this one in particular have stuck up, snobby, opportunistic employees. Looks like at the rate they're going, the store will shut down or move to a different location. Too much bad reviews and bad experiences maybe change your staff and diversify your inventory to not just xxxs. Thanks for attending my Ted Talk.

This review is truthfully written with many many disappointed store visits with this Aritzia store here at Columbus. Just like every other review, something is not right about this place. The sales person are nice but becomes mean and judgmental when you are trying things without purchasing. They give me a judgmental look if I need to make a return. Also they’re inconsistent with their store returns rules and not following what’s stated on the website. I am so disappointed, I like this brand but every time I walk into this store I just feel uncomfortable. I will never return again, and unfortunately for fashion brand trying on person is important for me to make purchase decisions, therefore I will never shop at Aritzia ever again.

An elevated Zara. Nice fashions and material but the women who work here carry an unpleasant demeanor. They are all snooty, unwelcoming and condescending with their micro aggressive tone and words. They certainly cater to a “specific demographic “ and is very apparent if you spend more than 5 minutes in the store. I’ve had better experiences at other locations and will avoid going this particular location in the future because of their presumptuous behavior.

Rude workers who made me and my friend’s experience very uncomfortable. She didn’t greet us when we walked in but went above and beyond to greet the couple that came in behind us. When looking at clothes, she watched us the entire time but not once ask if we needed help. Would rather shop online next time.

Meiling was amazing! I told her what I was shopping for and she spent at least an hour finding outfits for me and giving me feedback when I tried them on. First time at Aritzia and I’ll definitely be back!

Always get compliments whenever I wear aritzia clothes but recently ive been finding myself avoiding going into the store because I always run into the same employees who bug me. I now go in there I ask for a fitting room with a mirror INSIDE so that the employees dont excessively compliment me to get me to buy things :) I understand if you need to reach an hourly sale amount but please dont harass your customers to purchase expensive clothes

Similar to what others have said- the sales people were walking past me like I was non existent. I saw them mostly talking to a certain type of client. Was excited to shop here but think going online to shop and returning items in store would be more fun.

The workers here are so annoying. Giving me unwanted feedback by the fitting rooms when I walk out. I’m not shopping to make them happy I’m shopping for clothes that make me happy. If you guys want to make more money stop harassing people at the dressing room.

The employees were in my face and wouldn't leave me alone after I told them again and again i didn't want their help, they made me extremely uncomfortable... I would have brought something if they weren't all crazy!
