There is no on site office or manager. The phone number on the door is inactive. The lady I texted, gave me (and others) a non-existent address to send the rent to. There are leaks in the roof. The key they gave me doesn't work. The security is non-existent. If I could, I'd give no stars.

Best customer service I have had from anywhere in long time. Fast, affordable, and very convenient. Everyone was so helpful. I highly recommend them. I will use them again in the future.

Horrible company, and poor management who have no clue what they are doing (and how hard is it to manage a storage facility?). You're far better off paying twice as much than dealing with people who have no brain capacity to handle basic tours, sign ups, monthly payments, maintenance; and they treat their customers like crap. Stay far away.
