Great staff in the pharmacy!Jon( pharmaceutical staff) helped me get into the doctor immediately after my eye issue and he was very kind and helpful and genuine. Not to many people in this world that really care and go above and beyond for a person that needs help. Thank You Arena District Pharmacy!! Highly recommend you to all!!!

My experience with this pharmacy and specifically Doctor of Pharmacy Jon has been excellent! Jon has gone above and beyond to help my husband and I. I called and spoke to Jon when my husband was awaiting discharge from OSU hospital in need of a speciality medication. Jon was so nice and I could tell he cares about people by the tone of his voice and his willingness to help! It's refreshing!! He obtained the medicine which was very instrumental in my husband's discharge home and also went out of his way to help meet up with us to deliver it even!! Jon's kindness does not go unnoticed. I sincerely appreciate the excellent kind ,caring , knowledgeable service that Pharmacist Jon has provided then and every contact since ( monthly) assisting in my husband's care. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Over the phone automated prescription refill system is very handy.

Jonathan was very professional and kind. He explained my prescriptions and dosage extremely well. He didn’t rush through like a robot. He asked if we had questions ensuring that my wife and I understood completely. It was the best interaction with a Pharmacist that I have ever had.

Everyone was fantastic! Jon overheard my wife and I talking and offered information to help us with a new prescription. We weren't sure how to proceed with the dosage or how to adjust if needed. Jon was very helpful and friendly.

Jon was amazing at the pharmacy. My daughter had a very serious eye infection and he sat down and explained everything. He was so personable and kind. We had problems sending the info to our insurance and he even helped us with that.

I live 3 hours away from Arena District pharmacy but I’m more than thrilled to make the drive to a compounding pharmacy with such high standards and reliability. I have very bad dry eyes compounded by allergies. I use the autologous serum drops in my eyes that are made from my blood. I have the blood drawn in Columbus and then drive the plasma to John at Arena District Pharmacy. My vials are usually ready in 2-3 hours. These eye drops have made a miraculous difference in my eyes and I credit that to this pharmacy for making this formula correctly. I have total trust in their methods and know that I’m being given a quality eye drop suited just for me!

I have been a client at the Arena District Pharmacy for several years and can not say enough about their dedication to helping their clients, thinking outside the box for personalized solutions and heartfelt caring for every one of their patients. Their focus to detail and their professionalism always makes them my first choice for prescriptions and to ask questions. I was so pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff at this facility. Jonathan the pharmacist was helpful explaning the details of what was involved with serum tears Arena Pharmacy is one of the few local pharmacies that provide this service it is a compounding pharmacy which provides a service that is sometimes sent out however the service provided is over $100 less to have the procedure done locally than to have it sent out another advantage is the service is preformed in a few hours versus overnight . Here is one more plus to buying locally. Thank you so much for all the help and information I will certainly be using your services in the future. My punctuation sucks there’s Service did not.
