There is a guy working the drive-thru that has waited on me many times. Not sure his name, but he is super friendly and represents himself, and Arby's very well. Super upbeat and gives great service. Wish I could remember his name.

I love their mozzarella sticks, but lately they have not been fresh. You can tell they were made much earlier in the day and then heated up at the last minute to serve. They are so good when they’re fresh, so I hope this doesn’t continue.

Omg! The staff there around 1pm. It was two young ladies and we had some Arby's coupons and they understood everything we asked for? They were so, so nice and we appreciated them so much.& Dig, they even got that berry sauce back! ???I give those girls 10 stars! They were phenomenal ???

I used to work for Kiana and I have to tell you she is an awesome boss. She is funny and she is a true leader in every aspect. Food is always good and fresh. Staff is friendly and always in a good mood which shows you how she is as a boss. 12/10 Arbys, 12/10

I have non stop been craving the jalapeño poppers and have tried similar things at numerous different places and still have yet to find any where else that can compare to these ones. To me they are my absolute fav and everytime I come to this arbys are food is always fresh and the staff is majority of the time always very polite and helpful
