I haven’t had the privilege of doing business with them yet, however, the owner took the time to explain some of the valuations of my coins over the phone. He was very patient with me and used his personal time to educated me. I will definitely be using them in the future when I’m ready to sell

Regret
I regret not having the courage to leave. The appraiser did not look at the coins carefully and some not at all. I had one I knew a little about and he re-assessed and nearly doubled the price.
I cannot help but wonder if any other coins were more valuable.
I deeply regret selling the coins to this particular place.

Despite not having an appointment, Jonah graciously accommodated us and meticulously evaluated our entire collection. His profound knowledge and attention to detail were evident as he navigated through each item, ultimately appraising our partial collection at $300.

First time going ,had coins wanted checked out ,Jonah the son was very helpful with my questions, coin collection is a strange business for me because I found out coins have to be in good condition like new in order to be worth anything, I had it wrong til I talked Jonah ,so still wondering how you keep a coin clean and neat for 100 years , but will be visiting again and talking to Jonah so I don't hold on to worthless coins for over 30 years for nothing, Thanks

Excellent experience selling inherited coins and silver. I did my homework beforehand so I knew what was reasonable. Was not happy with the estimates I got from a travelling road show type appraiser. Eric was very knowledgable, patient and fair. Highly recommended!

At the recommendation of her father, my wife and I made a 2.5 hour trip to evaluate a few inherited coins. We worked with Eric, who is very personable, and the process was a pleasure. We would gladly make the trip again and feel Appraisal Services to be honest, reputable and enjoyable to deal with.
Update - visited again to sell more inherited coins. Once again it was a very good experience.

We lost both my parents last year and came across a box of coins and stamps. We had no idea if they were valuable or not and were pleased to see an appraisal service in our area. They were such a pleasure to work with. Their knowledge is impressive and I’d recommend them to anyone who comes into a collection of coins.

These are not greedy people, that’s for sure. They just gave me a very good price on a gold coin. He told me it was worth more because it was 100 years old and in good condition. I didn’t know. He didn’t have to offer me more, but he came right out and told me. Out of professional integrity. Will be back with my other coins when I need to sell them to pay down my credit card again.

We brought a collection of old and silver coins, as well as, some old paper money for appraisal. They took their time in assessing and explaining the value and how it was determined. We highly recommend them for their professionalism, customer service and prices offered.
