Home Appliance Solutions had the models we wanted, at great prices. When I called and spoke to Gary, he was extremely helpful. They needed to order the models we wanted, which took only a few days! Ulysses and his coworker were the delivery team, and they were very professional. In and out in about an hour, with everything ready to go. Truly an easy experience. I will never go anywhere else!”

“Mr. Blanchard made my vacuum work like new! I have a shark vacuum, starting to get in the older side, and the brush roll stopped working. Mr. Blanchard fixed it all up for $100. Feels much better to fix what you have than throw it in a landfill and buy new. Highly recommend this company!”
“The in-store experience was great. We went to probably 5 different mattress stores and all but Mattress Kingdom would try to force a specific brand or style on you and tell you what you needed. Taven was very relaxed and not trying to shove anything down our throats. He let us wander the beds at our leisure and answered any questions we had. Our experience with him is ultimately why we went back and ordered a bed from him. He was willing to work with our budget to get us situated.The install team came and installed the bed frame and mattress this morning. The were also accommodating, quick and very nice to work with.Overall I would recommend Mattress Kingdom for your next bed purchase.”

Told me where the glue was and I knew where it was before even walking into the store. Didn't catch his name but he was older and wore a big brown coat.”

“My daughter and I came into the Home Depot on Grener in Columbus, Ohio right before closing. We were desperate to find a tool to cut a ring off my daughters finger, as it was stuck and she needed to remove all jewelry before her wisdom teeth extraction in the morning. While everyone was kind and gave suggestions, Scott stepped up and took us right to the tool section and helped us pick “THE TOOL” to snip the ring right off her finger. To say we are grateful for your help, is an understatement! Thank you for your incredible customer service, Scott, it is very much appreciated!”

“Will update as we get progress-Took my time shopping around for new appliances. While the sales guy was super patient with my questions, I’m not happy about my purchase there. Purchased washer & dryer set on 3/05/23. Was told it should take about a week for delivery but due to supply issues/covid etc it could take up to a month. Since my current washer dryer are still (barely) functioning I figured we can try to hold out that longReceived an email on 3/13 (the day after the scheduled delivery date they put on the paperwork) stating that the delivery day to the warehouse/store is May 29th! That’s about 12 weeks. I called to speak about this situation and what could be done. We would have to pay a restocking fee (up to 50% of purchase price!) if we wanted to swap it out with something that could be here sooner.Update*** the day after posting this I was contacted by the store to figure this out. Spoke with both store employee and manager. Thankfully it’s delivery day to store was updated to 4/10. It actually ended up being earlier and the set was delivered to my home on April 5th about a month after purchase, much appreciated!! The delivery was smooth and the gentlemen that delivered were great.”

“Right from the first call to the installation, it is 5 stars all the way for Logan! Very professional, prompt and skilled. Their comfort consultant Jeff McRae and Installation techs- Rick , Willie & Josh are very skilled and try well to perfect their work. The team had a hard time working the units into a very tight closet space in our 1950's home, but got it all done excellently. The furnace, a/c and water heater, all replaced in a day! 5 star service indeed. Highly recommended.”
