They see our flock of 5 macaws. The staff is awesome at not pushing the birds and trying to keep them as relaxed as possible we have had experience in the past where vets immediately want to sedate when they get worked up. Pricing is more than reasonable. Highly recommend!

My dog, Benny was a patient here for just over two years. I would leave negative stars if google allowed. While I have many reasons for leaving this practice, l will focus on only the two that broke the camel’s back.
There have been many times I have waited up to an hour past appointment time for what the staff deemed “emergencies.” That is understandable, right? Well, when we were getting ready to go out of town and my Benny’s eye was swollen shut I was told “they do not handle emergencies.The doctors are all booked so you will have to go to MedVet.” So $380 later, I had had some eye drops and lubricant.
The second, and final straw was when Benny started limping on his right leg. I was told this type of injury is common with his breed and an X-ray would not show anything anyway. For about 3 months I watched my dog struggle and suffer while I tried to cram anti-inflammatory tablets down his throat. I finally said enough is enough and went to a different vet for a second opinion. I was not at all surprised to find out he had been walking on a torn ACL for over 2 months and surgery is the only option.
They may be cheaper than other practices but this is clearly for a reason. If you have a bird, rat or gerbil this place might be ok. If you love your dog, spend the extra money and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Only been here 1 time, they were fantastic. Unfortunately for us our hedgehog didn't make it, but he was treated with the utmost of care and professionalism.

They are absolutely amazing here. My pets have had a lot of health issues and none of them get nervous going because they’re treated so kindly. The doctors truly care about the wellbeing on the animals and owners. They don’t talk in the annoying baby voice, it’s professional. Prices are bar none. Half the cost of other exotic animal hospitals I’ve been to. I have taken my dog with heartworm and my ball python with chronic infections here. They’re responsive and caring. And if you or your animal has allergies, they are mindful and careful. Nothing bad to say about vet care. If you’re a wheelchair user or need accessibility assistance, they have an accessible parking space, but it’s not van accessible. You’ll have to double park if you have a side entry ramp. The front entrance isn’t accessible, so you have to go through the side wildlife door and call them for help inside. The ramp is steep, so you might need a boost. Once inside, everything is accessible. I typically don’t come back to a place if I can’t navigate a business independently, but the care is so top tier, that I will gladly face the hurdles. As long as I live in Ohio, this is my forever vet.

The team members really went above and beyond to show great care. The doctor was informative and the nurse was a wonderful empathetic educator to help guide us through a challenging process. Thank you for being so kind and supportive.

Took our raw fed ferrets in when no one else could. They offer a freezer and have two tier'd cages. Gives photo updates for peace of mind.

Picked my moms farret up and the tech was unsure and made me feel uncomfortable with the decision they made! They basically told us to take her home and come back in 30 days for blood work because they can’t do a blood transfusion on her! They said she will either die on the table or at home!
I was willing to take the chance because if her mass eruption at home and I find her dead I will be pissed! This is just crazy then had to pay $400! Just for them to put in a stent and blood work!
Bro my mom is nice but I’m not and this is her farret! But huni I can’t do anything but sit back and let my mom handle this! I won’t be back EVER but I’m sure my mom will because she liked the surgon!

I originally came here for exotics care, of my conure and beardie. They have been consistently good at their practice. Dr Olson has been great with my conure for checkups, and I love knowing she isn’t just an exotics vet, but has birds of her own.
This place was also phenomenal today when it came to fitting me in with an urgent bearded dragon matter on a Saturday. They were empathetic and put me “in the pilot seat” every step and choice of what ended up needing to be a euthanasia. They did not make me feel rushed or like a burden even though I was aware it meant them staying past closing time today.

This vet clinic is the BEST!!! I felt so bad calling them all the time over my Lab/Chow mix who is 20 years old and was sedated for heart scans. They were kind on the phone and even got the rx in quick for my fur baby’s pain management. Connor my fur baby has rebounded and is like 5 years younger trotting and even started barking again. Their prices are fair and they love the animals.

Absolutely amazing. We took a sick hamster in for an urgent care visit and they were so kind. We ended up putting our little hamster down and they were so incredible throughout the process. They gave us space and time and most of all, compassion. I've never put an animal down before and wasn't sure what to expect but they have a smooth and gentle process. We were even allowed to exit out of a side door and avoid walking through the waiting room with our red eyes and animal in a box. I will be moving our dogs care to this vet immediately.
