My glasses broke so I scheduled a same-day eye exam to get a new prescription. They got me in and out within 30 mins. Very friendly staff and the Dr who did the exam was thorough. Got my updated glasses prescription and was on my way. Very pleased with my experience!

Keisha was able to help us get a screw fixed on my grandmas glasses that we’ve been struggling with for weeks! My grandma is finally able to see better again and was so kind and courteous, thank you!!!

I was just in the Polaris location and guy that works there. the Heavy set man is so rude and unprofessional! He was speaking to the staff horribly as well. I can’t believe you have him out front. Disgusting.

Great customer service! They changed my prescription glasses for free just because I was not comfortable with them. Everyone was so nice and professional! I highly recommend this place to everyone.

There are two things that matter in life: your money and your time. I spent both here, more than I planned actually, and I'm not mad. When I tell ya'll I'm excited about my glasses?! And we're not going to even talk about how fast I'm getting them (probably even in less time than that!) The vibes in here are so chill and inviting. Keeping it 100, I felt like I worked there. The employees were funny, conversational and warm. Arie and I share the same name just a SLIGHT difference in pronunciation and spelling ? she was cool ? Myra was was kind and I like that she was curious about my options and gave me honest opinions about what looked good on me. To be real, even the other customers chipped in and gave kind, warm feedback. I think homie's name is Rob? He's hilarious ? Shout out to Lisa holding down the front desk all dripped out in purple ? I really clicked with Angelique to the point when I left, I didn't even realize it was going on 2pm. New flash? I GOT THERE 10 MINUTES BEFORE 11 ? Friendly, warm and so inviting. Come get glasses, see better, and maybe even feel better ?

I came in about 40 minutes before close to get lenses adjusted for a few pairs of glasses. Robert was truly awesome! He didn’t rush me or make me feel like I was a bother for coming in so late. He was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible! Thanks Robert, you are amazing!

I live 11/2 hrs from the store so I called to make sure they accepted my Insurance at which time the sales lady assured me that they do but guess what after driving 1 1/2 hours they do not, what a waste of gas and time.

Devon was amazing from start to finish! He helped me select the glasses that were the best fit for my face. In addition, he explained all the different options available to me, when it came to the various lenses, transitions and coatings available! Highly recommend America's Best along with Devin! A very easy, fun and rewarding experience. Extremely, affordable for anyone!

Terrible customer service. I have been getting my glasses from America’s best for the last 5 years, always a great experience but unfortunately not at this time. I live about 50 miles from the store and ask them to ship my glasses to my house. She told me I would get a message saying that the glasses were ready to pick up, but that I should ignore that since they would ship it to me right away. Well a week after I got that message I realized something was wrong, called the store and they realized it was never shipped. I had to drive again 50 miles to pick it up. I could not wait another week until my glasses would be finally delivered.When I picked up my glasses and asked what had happened, the girl put the blame on me. “I” should have called them to let them know of what their job was. She told me they missed the note about the delivery but never Apologized or acknowledged that it was their mistake. Was rude, non professional, non apologetic and unfortunately Americas best is a NEVER AGAIN for me.

Dr. S was kind, professional, and took the time to explain how my prescription has changed. Kiesha was helpful, knowledgeable and funny. She gave good advice and saved me a buck or two.
