SCAMMERSOrdered online Sofa & Loveseat and only received partial order. Returned both online and ordered another set during Labor Day Sale. Never received any refund promised for the difference of Sale price.That set never came. Did not get refund or any customer service! I tried returning the partial order/Loveseat and was told I don’t qualify for a return. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Liars!!!! They have the same problem for years read the reviews. They will have what you bought at least 40days after the day you expect. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING IN THIS HORRIBLE STORE. YOU WILL REGRET FOR SURE. I BOUGHT A FULL ROOM in KENNESAW GEORGIA BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT. THEY SAID THEY WILL HAVE AFTER 50 DAYS THAT I BOUGHT. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. NOW HAVE TO GO ROOMS TO HO OR ASHLEY FURNITURE, I BOUGHT WITH THEM BEFORE SO THEY HAVE MORE QUALITY AND THEY ARE MORE SERIOUS AND RESPONSIBLE THAN AMERICAN SIGNATURE

Sectional couch (Anderson model) ruined after ONE years use by just me and my husband. Terrible quality!! Expensive warranty that we paid for is impossible to get a hold of. Reporting to BBB too, BUYERS BEWARE!!

2 minutes agoNEWAbsolutely disgusting what they just did to their warehouse workers. Having 1st shift come in during an ice/snow storm just to have them do 2nd shifts work so that second shift doesn't have to come in. Then tells them if they try to leave early to get home before it gets to bad they will be fired. I really would give this place no stars as an employer but Google doesn't allow that. Oh and here is the kicker. GM tells everyone they have to stay or be fired and then leaves. They do not care about their employees safety one single bit. Atrociously foul corporation if you ask me. You people are horrile. This is just the tip of the iceburg. The way they treat their employees on a regular basis is sickening. They don't ever pay them correctly and constantly overwork them.

I'm a customer from Atlanta, GA and I visited your store in Kennesaw, GA.This is a horrible place and I would never go to this place again. I have being contacting American signature people for the last 5 months but they never provided a solution. I purchased furniture worth of 5K last September on labor day deal - 48 months interest free. But I never received 48 months free instead it was 6 months interest free. I have being talking to many people in the store - Sim Baksh (my Sales person), Jason (Previous Manager), Randall Turner (new manager), the people in the back who handle credit cards with Synchrony bank (Lorri) BUT up to this moment they have done nothing. I used to call them every other week and every time their answer is "this time the problem is fixed and next month the change will be reflected on my statement". But that next month never came by. I'm utterly disappointed with the place. I visited the shop 3 times as well and they accept their issue and promise to resolve asap. Last time there was a new manager who took the case said he is going to call me back on last week. No surprises - that he never contacted me. At this point I'm really fed up with these people.
