This is the second time we have used American Moving \\u0026 Storage. There are not enough words to express how great this company is. Todd came to our home and looked at the items to move and gave us an estimate (which was right on) and some tips for packing. Our movers Charles, Tim, Nick, Ryan and Elijah arrived at our home right on time (8:30 AM). We proceeded to do a walk through of what needed to be moved, and all 5 went right to work. They emptied a 4 bedroom home in less than 2 hours and then drove 40 minutes to our new home. When they arrived, we did the walk through again and they started unloading. They completed the job a little after 1 PM. Nothing was damaged in the move and they treated both our homes with respect. These 5 guys are professional, hard working, courteous and respectful. I hope I never move again but, if I do, I will definitely call American Moving \\u0026 Storage again.

Prompt, courteous, efficient. One piece of the bedframe was inadvertently left at the warehouse. American moving promptly found the missing piece and completed assembly. I was so relieved that they remained committed to completing this task. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who is moving and wants a reliable, friendly company.

I hired this company to move my apartment just down the street. That being said, I moved most of my boxes ahead of time and there were really only large items and a few large boxes to move. I was unable to be onsite during the move but had someone there to let them in and out. The company did not call me first when they were on their way as they told me ahead of time they would. They relied on my onsite contact for all questions when I told them to call me with any issues or questions.
During the move, one of my side table legs came off. They told the onsite contact they would send someone out to fix it. I was never even told about the issue. But was still asked to pay and tip before being notified of any issues. They had my card on file to pay but the onsite moving team seemed to know nothing about the fact they were supposed to use that.
After several days of not hearing from the company on the leg issue, I called and they acted like they knew nothing of it. They asked for me to email photos. After a few weeks of back and forth of new formats of photos (because they couldn't open other versions for whatever reason), we hit the one month mark since the move. I emailed with another follow up to say it's been a month since my move and I still don't have a resolution on my table leg. Never got a response back weeks later. My roommate also noticed some scratching on her items along with marks on our walls. At this point, I lost any hope they will fix anything. I was excited to use this company because the pricing felt more reasonable, the employees were charismatic on the phone and it seemed like a very easy process. I will not be using them again and I am very disappointed with the outcome.
TLDR; They damaged my items, had poor communication, and never fixed the damage. I do not recommend.

Hiring American Moving & Storage made our move very easy! From my initial contact, they were very helpful and made sure they could provide us the best service. They asked us for a list of furniture and big items we were moving along with an estimation of boxes so they could send the right number of men, trucks and equipment. Then when they came to our house to move us, they took the time to wrap big items to make sure they did not get scratched in the move and were very cautious to protect our items and the homes we were moving in and out of. The guys were very polite and professional, and worked extremely hard to make our move as efficient as possible! I would definitely recommend this company!!

Dwayne and Maleek made the moving experience easy. Besides being highly efficient and very hard-working men, they had senses of humor. A couple laughs can make moving a lot more pleasant. And hard-working? Whoa! They worked their tails off and got the job done quickly. I used your company because my son used you for his recent move. I highly recommend your company!!!

We highly recommend American Moving & Storage Company. We recently moved last week and our movers were Dan & Steve, they were prompt, efficient, professional and handled with care. Once getting to our new place, our sofa was a little too tall and bulky, they tried everything to make it work, there's light fixture in the hallway, they even removed the cover of the light fixture and removed the light bulbs, just going the extra mile to get the sofa upstairs. When it didnt work they put everything back together and tried looking for another way to bring it inside. Once the furniture was placed in it's designated room, they would ask us to come take a look, to make sure our furniture was placed where wanted it. Also, had the pleasure of setting up the move with Oscar, he was very nice and patient with me to make sure they understand what items needed moved, so they were able to give the best quote. I had the pleasure of speaking with the Todd (owner) to confirm some things before the moved, he followed up with me day or two before they move to confirm everything was still good for the date and time. If we have anymore moves in the future, we will definitely call American Moving & Storage Company.

We had a great experience with the American moving & Storage Solutions company. We have had many horrible experiences with other companies recently so this was a relief to deal with a company that is organized, pleasant to deal with and does their work on time. Everything was organized and smooth from start to finish. Todd, the owner was very responsive to my questions and he made me feel secure that I had a good company to work with for our move. The movers that did the move were pleasant, attentive and hard working. We had to do a last minute change of the moving date and they handled that with ease. Their website is easy to navigate and has moving tips and great resources for moving supplies. Glad I chose this company and would definitely use their services again.

Maleek, Eli and Ryan were unbelievable. Timely, professional, courteous, extremely careful and very friendly. As with any move, there are always the “can you help us with this or that” moments. They never blinked or wavered. Happy to help and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend not only American Moving & Storage Solutions but Maleek, Eli and Ryan!
