I bought 2 couches for delivery. Not only did they completely botch my delivery, one sofa was damaged upon delivery. It had 2 holes on the arm and a loud creaking sound when you sit down. I think they dragged it on the pavement and dropped it at least once. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I bought a new bedroom suit for American Freight. It was absolutely a horrible experience! The furniture was promised to be delivered by a certain date. Then they called and said it wouldn’t be here on time. Then some came from one store and they said the rest is coming from another store. I said I need it by 4:00 pm today because I have a guy coming to put it all together. They refuse to help me. I still don’t have all of the order. They have no clue what they are doing! They are unhelpful and truly don’t care about their customers. They use a very shady 3rd party delivery service. The entire experience was awful! I would NEVER buy from them again! I wouldn’t if I were you! They suck!

I've bought quite a bit of furniture from here (couch, dressers, chests, mattress, bed set) and everything has been pretty smooth. Just order a washer and dryer not too long ago. The prices are great compared to other stores around.

Worst experience, furniture arrives broken, delivery co just dumped it all into a giant pile in a room. Paid for what I thought was set up but was a second delivery charge, so double billed for that. The furniture is poorly assembled and there are no instructions for assembly. Tried to return the damaged furniture told too bad so sad..stuck with piss quality product.
