We made an appointment for 1 pm. Arrived 10 min early as a courtesy but the door was locked even at 1. We checked at 10 after and gained access. We were told to Find what we liked on the rack. Then I had to struggle getting my granddaughter in and out of the dresses in the dressing room while the very nice employee was constantly on her cell phone. No suggestions No Service. I should have been able to sit and my granddaughter should have been guided and assisted. So much for that experience. It was like we went to the thrift store when it came to service.
The selection of dresses was very good.

Hidden gem across the street from other retail shops. Look around and there’s some good finds.Dropped off shoes to get fixed as well as clothes to consign. Will update when I see how the selling process goes

I was visiting Columbus and read the reviews about this lovely little shop off of W 5th. A lot of clothing in good condition, along some shoes, purses, accessories and a large selection of bridal gowns and formal attire. Large selection of mens clothing as well. I found a few vintage pieces very reasonably priced. Service was excellent and the woman was so sweet, she gave me suggestions for 3 other vintage shops to check out around Columbus.

We had so much fun and found my daughter's non-traditional wedding dress. The proprietor was super helpful, but not at all clingy, just present if you needed her. We even found vintage jewelry. Thank you so much! I am anxious to come back.

This place is truly a gem. I found the store right here on Yelp and I was Immediately impressed with the size store of the, cleanliness, and Melissa's excellent customer service. I was in Columbus on business and I visited the store multiple times and I was impressed with the men's suits, sport coasts, and neck tie selection. Melissa helped me a number of suits, neck ties, sport coats, and shirts. She has an eye for fashion.

Pretty great selection and variety of sizes. If you're shopping wedding, when I visited they had much more options for dress sizes 10 and under, and only a handful for over size 10.

Store has improved a lot since they moved into a nicer building and selection is fairly large. Staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Dropped off a suitcase that needed the handle reattached. 25 bucks. Sure no problem. Picked it up and the leather used was very cheap and brittle. The leather strap put on the handle was already cracked and falling off. I don't care enough about this hand me down suitcase to have them refix it based on other reviews. Should have read the repair reviews before dropping my suitcase off somewhere because it was convenient. I'll go somewhere else next time.
