Website, Google and phone message says closes at 4pm. Drove across town to pickup an order at 3:45 and door sign says closed at 3:30. Update your info so people don’t plan their day to make it on time and drive an hour only for you to be closed.

Had to find other options after using this company for 15 years. Poorly trained installation crews and sales staff. Many better options in central ohio.

As a contractor I did very decent volume with this company. Siding panels come scratched. They don’t properly wrap materials upon delivery, leaving the boxes destroyed and panels muddy. They are all over the place. Good luck trying to get ahold of a sales rep, it’s always “I’ll get back to you in a hour” “sorry I’ll get back to you tonight” “I’ll get back to you next week” simple requests. Other suppliers go above and beyond Alside doesn’t and they surely don’t care about you or your business. They don’t honor any of their commitments. Go elsewhere. Danny, you made what could have been a 4/5 star experience a 1 star terrible experience.

Was told the week before that if I ordered on Friday, it would be in the next week. The order didn't come in and when I reached out to check last week (on Friday) it still has not come in. I called this week I was told we still don't have any idea of when Cleveland center is going to ship it out. I asked Kenny if he had any idea if I when it would come in and he said "I told you in that I don't know" or something close to this. I don't need to be talked down to and I certainly get his frustration but the least one can do is maybe say something like, "let me reach out to them and see if I can find out something," or at least pretend to try. We are not talking about a large order here, just a few boxes of siding. Maybe Kenny was in a bad mood...UpdateThe company followed through on the delivery in a timely manner once the materials arrived at their facility. Everything on delivery was smooth. Updated to 3 star for prompt delivery.

If you're patient and kind they will honor your warranty- that was the case for us at least. It took many months for our siding to get replaced where there were color defects but they did and I'm happy with the results. Thanks to Dan and everyone who made it possible!

I would probably give a lower score if it was even possible. I do not recommend anyone buying windows through Alside We have done business with them for many many years, but it was just until recently we had to use their warranty on some windows. There warranty department is probably the worst I have ever come across in the remodeling business. I recommend using Modern Builders Supply if you have one close to where you live. Their warranty department couldn't be easier to use and very customer service acceptable. Good Luck!

Alside did the siding on my home when I had it built in 2005. I need a repair on a small area. I called and was told to send pictures and they will send back an estimate. First of all, that sends me a big red flag. Anyway, I sent pictures. I waited a day or so and inquired. They responded by asking for my address so they can pull up my home. Its been almost 2 weeks and have yet to hear back. I guess my 'big red flag' was correct.

Good luck getting them to honor any of their lifetime warranties. they don't return your calls, they don't return your emails and they just ignore you. Go through the comments here if you think i'm being harsh.
