absolutely deplorable. I live at the sister property meadow place. They ignore my requests to come and fix stuff and when they do send someone to fix it or SPRAY ha if that is what you want to call it i have had roaches for almost as long as i have lived there and they are bad. also they told me that i would not need to sign another lease due to covid they were putting everyone on a month to month lease. then one day on march 1 they decide they do not want me there anymore gave me 30 days and told me they do not have to give me a reason just like I dont have to when i move. i was current on my rent up until that date. they are run by a property manager who dont even care about tenants at all just money and after reading some of these comments i can see why. I would not recommend this place to take care of my fish let alone take care of a property.

This place is trash literally they have roaches and best of all rats that they blame on you or tell you you’re delusional about!! Literally they are infested with rats not safe for children at all!!

Your auto WILL BE VANDALIZED!!!! Every time I park here something happens to my car whether it's the new scratches, paint chipped away, bumpers hit or tires deflated, it's always something. Not too mention it's the definition of living in the Trap! There's also lots of Roaches, Everywhere!!! Don't move here or visit here as people here don't respect others or their property!!! Very sketch!!! Stay Away!!!

Affordable and nice size apartment. But if you don't smoke don't come. Neighbors smoke so much weed the smell is always in your place. New management on sight is leaps better then the last manager.

After living there for 7 years, they still did not want to spend any money fixing problems. After leaving my apartment January 31, 2018 there is so much mold damage behind the walls and underneath the carpeting that they have concluded that the apartment is not worth putting the money in to rent.

Very horrible place to live! Roaches everywhere, bed bugs everywhere, mice everywhere! just horrible! windows don't work, They give you a unit that has not been fully cleaned. oh and junkies live in hallway of the buildings.
