Prices are good and they have great selection for bakery. However, their customer service is terrible

The fresh baked bread is amazing, but the employees in the back preparing food are mean and very unhelpful when trying to order. I've been here many times for other things, but everytume I try to order food they get it wrong or they make it impossible to order.
Also, there were moths in my package of dried figs.
