Shady business practice! Had a return to make and it showed the transaction go through but the wrong credit card on the receipt. The MANAGER DAN repeatedly told me it was an issue with either apple pay or my banks fault which I assured him was not the case.
Dan would not provide me with a refund and took no responsibility for the store’s inability to provide me with my refund instead deferring blame to the bank or my credit card. If this is how Dan treats customers, I wouldn’t recommend doing business with a place like this.

I recently visited Ace Hardware and I was seriously impressed by their service and selection. Whether you’re a DIY novice or a seasoned pro, this place has everything you could possibly need. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to assist you, no matter how complex your query may be.
During my visit, I was specifically looking for supplies to mount a large TV, which had been a challenge for us. Not only did they have all the necessary hardware, but the employees also guided me through the entire process, ensuring I picked the right items for the job. The store is impeccably organized, as you can see in the photos and videos I’m posting, which makes finding what you need a breeze.
If you’re embarking on a home improvement project or just need to mount your TV, I highly recommend Ace Hardware. Their attentive service, organized shelves, and comprehensive stock make any task manageable.

This place is a CESSPOOL. I was cycling and decided to stop in to purchase measly 50 cent screws and wingnuts. I had my bag on and the cashier said I couldn't walk through the store with it on, yet they let biological women walk in with purses. Some associate then tells me that he will have to follow me around the store if I decide to keep my bag. After telling him to get lost, some roid-raging manager tells me to follow his rules or shop elsewhere. This is happening all while two associates are staring at me having a gigglefest. Again, all I wanted was ONE screw and ONE wingnut. They didn't even care that I identify as a transwoman and wanted to carry my bag. Upon checking out, the cashier goes "Wow all you wanted was a screw"...which is what I told her in the first place. Implying that I'm going to steal ONE screw is a new low. Do NOT shop at this CESSPOOL.

These guys are amazing.
I have been shopping here for years and it has never failed. They always go above and beyond to make sure whatever I am fixing that day is resolved. Sometimes they may not have the exact part I need but they always come up with a solution to fix the issue!!!!

A bunch of young smug know-it-all snowflake employees. I waited and waited to ask a question about whether they had a product I needed. Well, closing time approached and eventually someone finally came over to “help”. However at this point they just wanted to leave and were visibly annoyed they had to help me with closing time so close.
They can kiss my azz because I’ll never return.

Very long waits for nothing. The last time I visited this place before today, I was buying a few hundred dollars worth of stuff, was in line for the paint counter, then a guy just blatantly cut in front of me. They realized that he cut a little later, then they didn't care, so I put everything back and left. This time, I had an online order. The guy at the counter said the guy at the paint counter had to do it. He asked me to wait a minute, so I was waiting, another person came in to pick up their order, and he went to get her stuff right away and completely ignored me. I gave him another couple minutes, and I saw no end in sight. They weren't busy. I just grabbed what I bought off the shelf and went to the counter and said that I'm taking it. The guy at the counter was very nice. I have no clue why people are so terrible at making me wait, but I won't be returning to this store.
