I took my very excited 6 year old in the store and a young woman was very nice to her. I think she had reddish brown hair, I wish I would have got her name. She listened to her talk and actually engaged with her. I really appreciate that. We didn't buy anything that day, but I was so impressed with the service and quality I did end up purchasing the things she tried online. It was such a refreshing change to have someone be engaging and helpful.

Never in a million years did I think I would be treated with such disrespect. I stood in line and was ignored while the three cashiers called everyone else to check out.... shall we play guessy race and guess theirs?! I dropped everything I had on the floor and walked out.

My husband and I visited the easton town center Abercombie Kids. We were treated with such disrespect. My husband served 2 tours in Iraq, has been in combat and has numerous medical conditions which exempt him from wearing masks. When we walked into the store the younger sales associate asked for him to put a mask on. He told her he was exempt from wearing the mask; which, he was asked to leave. I turned around to the sales associate and explained he was a veteran with multiple medical diagnosis which exempts him from wearing the mask, and asked why he was asked to leave. The sales associate then rolled her eyes at me and walked away. That is absolutely disgraceful and disrespectful.

Employees and staff are literally the BEST very sweet and kind I love the styles as well the clothes are great I love this store honestly however I do hope the prices get lowered but the sales are fantastic!!

Bought abercrombie winter coat for daughter a month ago, puppy jumped on her while wearing & tore cheap fabric to shreds...complete waste of money

Great quality of clothes, though very expensive. Could've gotten triple as many clothes if I'd gone to Kohl's.

Employees are very friendly and although it's a little tight for adults it seems easy for kids to maneuver.

Love this store but never a great selection of boys stuff plus as I'm trying to look and shop a very rude, poorly dressed sales associate kept getting in my way folding stuff. Like really? Can I please shop. She was dressed so unprofessionally I thought she was a rude customer at first. But she actually worked there. Very annoying.
