Sadly, the Car Care at this location has really fallen apart. I've been taking my car here for almost a decade and would have given a glowing review in the past. However, I have had issues the last few times with scheduling, and today was it for me. Apparently they aren't actually a full-service car care center anymore, just an over priced Jiffy Lube now. In the past they would take care of every issue my car had, except muffler work, but today they said I'm better off going to a dealership service center. Don't bother going here for anything more than an oil change and tire rotation, and even then you'll probably have to wait a couple weeks to get in.

I had my Honda towed to this location Friday April 5th at the recommendation of the AAA service line. I am between mechanics and there was a discount so I figured this was among my best options.
Unfortunately, service was incredibly disorganized. After 1.5 weeks without a car, waiting for the recommended parts to arrive, being told that the parts were delayed, then never ordered, I had no choice but to have my car towed to another mechanic, where service was completed in less than 48 hours, at a lower price than I was quoted at this facility.
I would encourage better communication between this repair shop and local towing services, these workers seem to be underwater and I feel for them, but this experience was incredibly stressful, frustrating, and ultimately my car was not repaired by them. Extremely disappointing experience.

Very poor service from this location. Lack of communication within. I had my car towed in from a AAA affiliated tow truck on a Sunday night. For a back right flat tire. Utilized the drop off feature. Filled an online form about my flat tire. Called on Monday morning and spoke to Gary. No idea that my car is there. Asks to call me back. Proceeds to call me back and tells me my tire is flat. I call again Monday afternoon, speak to Nathan. He also has no idea that my car is there. Said that there wasn’t a request made. States he will make a request and call me back with a quote. He calls back and leaves a message saying my back right tire is flat and needs replaced. Tuesday morning I call back. I speak to Gary. I am told that I need to replace all 4 tires. Asks if he can put me on hold. I tell him no at this point. I am tired of the phone tag game because nothing is getting accomplished. I want an email from now on because I don’t trust that anyone is doing their jobs. I get an email for a quote close to $1200. I call back with my father on the line as well because now I want a witness. I tell Gary that I want my back right tire replaced. That I understand the recommendation is for all my tires to be replaced however I financially can replace one and I need my car by Thursday. Again, I dropped my car off Sunday, Placed an online order on Sunday, called on Monday, spoke to two people, Gary and Nathan, when I called in on Tuesday order still has not been placed. Now we are at Wednesday ~4pm. I call and speak to Steve to check on my car. I’m placed on hold as he checks for it. He gets on the line and states that they haven’t received anything. That the place typically calls back within 15mins. Asks to call me back. I tell him no that I now want a confirmation of the order via email. The email states that the order was placed Tuesday ~5pm. They will call me with an update.
At what point does this facility need to be held accountable? Each day extended I am paying for a rental car. Highly discourage using this location.

It was a WONDERFUL experience. She was very attentive to my trip needs. Listen and applied every thing that was important. She made a tentative plan and said is there if we have any more questions

So if you are in a wreck this service is no good. They wouldn't come pick up my vehicle from my house an tow it to the local collision center because my passenger tire was messed up. So i pretty much pay a membership incase my keys are locked in or i need a battery jump. This is unfortunate way to find out.

Took all day to get my oil changed. Wanted my brake pads changed they were going to charge me for an inspection. Came in to get my car and my name wasn’t in the system.

Staff said he would look up some tire sizes for me after my appointment request was not going to workout. Staff was nice. No one ever got back ahold of me. Even after he said he still had me pulled up in the computer with all my information.

I've been coming to this shop for over 6 years. Always received amazing and reliable service! The guys at the auto center are honest, kind and always patiently answer my many questions. It's rare to find a good auto shop. Highly recommend!
