Hair got OVER PROCESSED and didn't get the color I was looking for. Was not happy when I got home and REALLY looked at my hair. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!

Saw on Groupon but did not buy Groupon because I know I need a color correction. So I called Annie scheduled me for a consultation. (And said I would get groupone discount. We will see how it goes. So far the lady that said thay did not return call or give appointment. I called and got a appoint for this coming week. Wanted to look at my hair before giving me a price.

I don't even want to give one star!! I purchased a Groupon for my daughter. It was for "haircut, all over color, or partial highlight, keratin deep conditioning treatment". I have called several times, left messages and even emailed Annie and still haven't received a reply (2 weeks later). My thing is, if you aren't going to honor a Groupon that you obviously put out there then WHY THE HECK do you even offer it???? Horrible customer service!!!! Now it is too late for me to get my money back for my purchase but luckily I can receive "Groupon Bucks" and make a purchase from someone who is more appreciative of new clients!!

Oh NO, don't go! Horrible smoke infested shop, could not breathe in there! Very disappointed in the scene; scary and sketchy! While I was getting a shampoo and blow dry, Annie took a very obvious smoke break and that solidified my decision. Go elsewhere, don't suffer! Annie then told me she needed to scan the Groupon I purchased (for services I DID NOT receive), wasn't worth a confrontation! Very unprofessional! Beware as a potential client you need to know these ethics before even considering this hole in the wall!

Annie is GREAT! You will not find a better place to go, she does wonders. I drive all the way from the East side to go to Annie. I would highly encourage any one else to use her.
