My family and I have been living here for over a year and half, all we can say is good things. We are very much grateful for kela and all the maintenance team. They have always made sure to go above and beyond to help my family with anything we may need. They literally found my car keys from the trash after 1 week of being lost. THE BEST . BOOK YOUR TOUR TODAY for the best apartment building in downtown!!

Can’t say enough positive things about this place!..the fact that we have lived here since 2017 says a whole lot, but I must acknowledge Ms. Kela(in the office)..that’s one hardworking young lady..very knowledgeable, friendly, willing to help, and shows love to our dog Mia. I love seeing her smiling face as I walk past the leasing office. She ROCKS!

The Leasing office is top-notch Kela is super helpful and knowledgeable in the property, move-in and move out process and sets up awesome events for all the residents. Josiah in Maintenance is also very responsive and solves most if not all issues within 24hrs of request I can’t recommend them enough!

Been here 6 months, management has been great. Maintenance is generally quick to respond. Community around is cool, especially in the summer.

Have waited hoping things would improve. Been living here 1.5 yrs. From the beginning, leasing staff has been below subpar. Not giving complete move-in info ( procedures for reserving elevator) causing embarrassing neighbor run-ins..staff is rarely in office. Always, cleanliness of building has been so inadequate. The 12th floor (because it has the roof top and common gym area is the ONLY floor that gets buffed/polished) never has any other residence floor been. All other residence floors are only swept and mopped, but never scrubbed. And even the mopped only came after about a 6-> mth lapse between what was told to me "wasn't in the new contract" so because they never scrub all floors other than 12th....matcha tea that was spilled over 9 mths ago still remains splashed on the walls amongst numerous other spills, drag marks from moving. Which brings up the constant disrespect from tenants. Trash room: regular trash thrown in recycle cans. So the recycle people won't pick it up (has sat rotting/ smelling). Tenants put known "non trash" items in trash room that just sits blocking the chute. I could go on for hours about the trash room. In the beginning I sent emails to the 1 leasing agent I knew would eventually respond but there was never a response in a timely manner and if there was a response it was clear that my concerns were a bother..Tenants break rules (important rules that I won't mention because I don't feel comfortable (if that tells you anything)), smoking, pets...I witness tenants taking their dogs to the flower pot right in front of 1st floor entrance to pee in the rain. Always others take theirs to the 2nd floor where we all park our cars and walk into our building...Pee and dog poo all over that entrance. It took 1.5 yrs for that area to be pressure washed. Hilarious! And the very next day it looked just as nasty because the usuals let dogs pee or threw up all over the entrance area. I tried so hard not to leave this review. And this is just a snippet of what I could reveal. I can't not wait to leave. We have a view of the Commons which yea, eh, could be nice to view some concerts, but.....oh did I mention that COTA has moved Greyhound right here attached to our building which hosts many loiters/illegal activities They hang out in our lobby even. I've witnessed a woman who was waiting on Greyhound, sit her bags down in our lobby..wonder around our building.(250 High does not have security...we did for about 1 mth after Aprl 2021..)Oh I waited so long for management to fix these issues, but any question I've asked has been dismissed by the almost never here leasing staff and such a lack of interest or concern. Please come now and you will see the broken light on elevator that some think was a button but broke it because it was not a button. It was a light. I'd love to see how long that will take to fix.Unless you want to live with Greyhound trollers/lack of management/tenants who don't respect others/yes our car was also broken into ....NOT worth the rent they charge. Just please ask many questions when you come look. Look around at all floors other than 12th. Look at the front entrance (nasty filth...2nd floor same). Not Luxury..each resident floor entry has "cheap" table/chairs (some with stickers still attached like "D" etc to tell you how to assemble)Pros: big windows/nice views/maintenance has been good although high turnover...Update: after informing front office of my complaints, next day, office closed well before normal posted hours to close (normal, they're rarely in office)Random man sleeping on sofa in lobby) hence....we need security ..!

I moved in here about 2 months ago and I cannot say enough good things. I will start off by saying I have lived in "luxury apartments" before where you pay your pricey $2,000 a month and get styrofoam walls, the worst fridge known to man, and staff who do not care. This is nothing like that!!! The appliances in the apartment are genuine quality, fridge has a water and ice dispenser. The walls and floors are incredibly solid, I never hear my neighbors ever. The other people who live in the building are polite and well mannered. The maintenance staff is incredible. Any maintenance request I have ever put in has been resolved within 48 hours. My washing machine broke on a Tuesday. Thursday morning they were at my door with an entire new unit to replace it. Mailing systems at all apartments seem to be kind of hectic these days. It seems that when they were built in 2015 they didn't predict people in 2022 would each be getting 3 packages a day. But, I will say the system is very secure. Packages are not left outside. I have never felt like my things would be stolen. The gym is probably the best gym in Columbus. The appliances and machines are awesome, and it is on the 12th floor and an amazing view of the city. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. They are super helpful and you can ask them anything. The parking deck is pretty much your average parking deck. There are special reserved signs for the complex. I have never ever ever had an issue finding a spot. There are also no line secret sneaky fees. I feel like a lot of the complexes here, you pay you're rent and then they throw on a community fee and a service fee and a have a good day fee and a common area fee and gym fee blah blah blah. Not here. You pay your rent, $14 community fee, and $15 trash fee. That's it. If you choose to have parking, $135 a month which is about what parking costs in downtown Columbus. So I do really like that they don't slap on a bunch of bs fees. I love it here! It is a great building! Before signing a lease I probably viewed about 15-20 complexes in the downtown and short north area. Could not be happier with my choice!

Lived here for about 3 years. Roof has great views. The front desk people are also quite nice. However I have some gripes. No fiber internet, the highest you'll get is 50 mbps. My car was also broken into in the garage. My biggest problem is that they charge to fix minor things in the unit. I needed my water filter replaced and it cost me like $25 for the filter and then they charged me another $25 for labor. I've never lived somewhere that charges for minor maintenance. Also, the building is used as a hoteling space. I think floor 9 was exclusively Stay Alfred or something. Utilities are also outrageous as expected. Elevators also broke like 3 or 4 times in the last year, sometimes as long as 3 weeks at a time. I liked living here but have to agree that quality has declined since Coastal Ridge took over.

Great apartments. Lived for a month through NCH. Love the location for the view. Gets noisy during events at commons. I had trouble while working from home. Clean hallways and has a roof top too with gym on the side. Attached garage is handy but carrying goods to room is a pain. Would recommend this place if you can afford it.

I asked them to call before and to not enter unless I was home. I came home to a job completed sign on my door they came while I was gone and never called. I never felt so violated in a long time.
