Atmosphere is 3 stars cuz it's a Subway.I'm not from Columbus Grove and had never been to this location, so I guessed it was new, but it's not. Very clean, well-lit. Food was all fresh.Sandwiches were ordered online, and they were ready when we got there. Had her make another sandwich, and she loaded on the toppings.Excellent service!

We just went through the drive-thru (Jan 2, 2024 at 2:15) and we had the worst costumer service ever she snapped at us right away that it’ll be a minute no big deal I get it but then she asked for our order and when we said a bread she let out an exaggerated sigh and then we asked a question and she frustratingly said I guess, I don’t care. At that point we just drove away and to see only one other car in the lot they weren’t even busy…

Made my sandwich wrong and I didn’t realize it until I was several miles up the road. I was already running late, so there was no time to turn around and I asked for a refund. They told me they would give me a refund which they did, but then they charged my card again for the same exact amount. When I called and complained again, they were told me there was no way possible for them to charge me again basically accusing me of being a liar. They promised a phone call from the owner to get things sorted, and I never received a phone call. At this point since the owner nor the manager wants to help out, my last resort is to leave a bad review, file a complaint, and then submit a dispute with my bank. If you Are ever worried about being overcharged and worried about getting your money back. I would highly advise you to stay away from this location because it is a nightmare to get anyone to listen to you and you are automatically wrong as a customer.

Really nice guy working the counter. He's attentive to your request.Lettuce was pitiful at best. Everything else seems pretty clean and fresh. Clean restrooms.

Wife come in for a salad and they don't chop half of it and bowl half empty for what they cost this is a shame

Pretty hard to get a sandwich with 4 items correct. Turkey, salami, lettuce, Mayo. Even had to repeat 4 times and still ended up wrong at had Chipotle sauce on it too..

This used to be the best Subway in the area, with excellent, friendly service. After walking in the door today, the two "Sandwich Artists™" never even bothered to say hello or acknowledge that a customer had entered. After waiting five minutes for assistance and receiving none, I walked out and decided to visit a Subway 7 miles away. Very disappointed, but hopefully this was only a one-time thing.
