Not professional and blame you even when they cashed the check and want to call the wife and the bank liars. ? Payment is auto processed at the bank, she argued that we didn’t pay and that’s why they left out garbage. Even when I told her it was paid, she said that they wouldn’t return to pick up. THEN…….. after she’s given a name at the bank she says she’s refunding out payment and wants us to take our garbage out the dumpster for them to pick up!!!!! ? you can’t make this up!!! Call someone else! RUMPKE, NIESE anyone besides these clowns!!!!Service: Trash removal & disposal

Frequently left our trash claiming it was too heavy to lift, when my 6 month pregnant wife had no trouble lifting it over her head. Would arrive at 3 in the morning and chuck my trashcan to the ground after emptying. Was rude on the phone when we called to complain so we canceled service.

Have used this service for trash since we moved into our house almost 2 years ago. Put a for sale sign up in our yard and extra trash from cleaning up the house getting it ready for viewings and they didn’t pick ANY of it up. When I called the lady answered the phone and was extremely unprofessional and said that they didn’t pick it up because they saw the for sale sign and thought I had moved out, there was too much to take and I hadn’t paid for the quarter yet (which I had just got the statement in the mail a couple days prior and hadn’t gotten to putting a check in the mail yet). I’ll spend my money on a dumpster with a different company and they can lose my money cause I’m no longer supporting their unprofessional business!!!
