This company and its services are a complete and total joke. Under Fairpoint, outages happened but once in a while. Since these clowns rolled in and took over, it's not an exaggeration to say that the internet is down much more often than it is online. At the most random of times, it'll just shut off. Sometimes you can get ahold of someone when you call, but most of the time they either don't pick up or are rude. Rarely does the problem get fixed, it's always "We're working on it" like okay it's been 3 days but go on. When covid happened, many of us were stuck with remote college and schooling. Can't do classwork or jobs if they require the internet when it's down. If I could give 0 stars I would. We pay far too much, they continuously jack up the prices just so we can get another picosecond between outages. Do yourself a favor, if you can go without it, and just don't go with these guys. No internet consistently is better than terrible internet that's more volatile than our political climate.

The worst internet I've ever had. Bad download, upload, and connection. Not even mentioning random outages which happen annoyingly often. If you can get something different, you should.

THE WORST! The internet is out for DAYS at a time. We have one of the faster packages and struggle to have more that two things using the internet at the same time. Horrible customer service. Don't waste your money.

This company has change the install date 4 different times now since September 14 and finally came today dec 30 and now the modem the technician brought dont work now we have to wait till Monday again. This is b/s. If there was another internet provider in this area I'd not be going through this company

I wish I could give 0 stars. The only internet provider in my area and constantly losing service. They do “routine maintenance” but do not inform their customers, so they wake up in the morning and cannot work with no estimate of when service will be back. If you know it’s routine maintenance, why not do the courtesy of telling your customers. Will not return calls, will schedule installation wrong, and will not be worth the money they charge. Stay away, i know I can’t wait to switch as soon as I can.

Posting on behalf of my neighbor whose internet won’t work - if he could give a negative rating he would. Lack of service, service in and out every day, yet is never fixed.

My children do online school work and cant keep up because we cant keep working service I call what seems like once a month due to problems and no one seems to get anywhere fixing anything

Almost monthly outages and have to reset my modem on an almost daily basis. Pay $70/month for internet but have used 42gigs of mobile hotspot data to cover for there outages (at least Verizon is reliable.) Unfortunately they are my only option for internet but I'll be filing a complaint with the attorney general in the morning.

Overpriced with lots of outages and depending on where in town you live, extremely slow connection. No effort to upgrade the system for higher speeds or better reliability. Unfortunately the only choice in this town for cable internet. If we could get service from a competent company here, Consolidated would be out of business in a week.
