In Oct/Nov of 2020 we got new countertop for our kitchen update from here. Within a year a four" spot of top piece of the backsplash came unglued. Our son-in-law repaired it. Fast forward another year and more came unglued in a different spot. I called Carter's to see if something could be done. I was told someone would call me. No one called. A couple months last I stop by and inquired able this problem. Again the counter person or boss was not it. The person asked me to send pictures and I did in March 2024. No one has called me yet. Giving them a 2 for after sale service.

There was a slight mistake about the measurements on some lumber I needed. I called them, and they made it right without further action by me. They came to my house and fixed it, and the young man left me a sweet apology on a block of wood. I was really impressed by how well they handled my issue, how quickly and efficiently it was done. Will never go anywhere else for lumber & hardware needs.

This is a great place to do business. Gary and Don have been awesome. I have probably driven them insane thru-out my build process but they are always very helpful! I also have to shout out Tony at the front counter lol. He's always very helpful!! Thanks for everything guys!
