The Columbiana USPS Office is awesome. Great service and products. The staff members work super fast and are outgoing and friendly. If I have a lot of Poshmark packages to ship out, I always drop them off here. This is very convenient, and they get them out right away, which is helpful for my business. It is a cute little office and has lots of shipping supplies. I highly recommend the Columbiana USPS Office!

Not specifically the fault of the Columbiana PO, but I received a package that was repackaged in the post office's own packing that said that they apologized for the damage during their handling. The package was ordered from eBay and should have had 3 items in it but only contained 1. Waited over 60 days after filing the initial complaint and never heard back after being told I would hear back in 30 days. Post office basically said "should have used better than first class mail" It's no wonder they lose ground every day to FedEx and UPS. Incredibly poor customer service.

I have lived in the same place for 28 yrs. and all of a sudden my packages aren’t being delivered , they keep taking them to another place and than I have to wait for them to track them down and be redelivered a week after the original day they were suppose to. Once I can see but this happening almost every time I order stuff now. And with Christmas coming soon I do a lot of on line through the postal service.
