Dylan Burns is wonderful! Me and my husband were with a deadline on when our lease at our apartment was up, on top of being on a budget, with us having no clue what to look for cus this is our first time ever trying to get a house. Non stop text messages and emails even after unsubscribing from being notified. I never once visited their site to want notification from them. Possibly Zillow but never directly through this company. I have non stop received phone calls, text messages , and emails from this group even after unsubscribing. If your into high pressure sales maybe they are the right fit for you. But the immediate red flags they give off just from advertising makes me want to stay clear

Kelly Moore wasn't even our realtor as we were the buyer but took care of everything we needed, answered every call, and every text and very timely! Very knowledgeable as well and if she didn't know she found out! Would highly recommend. We purchased property and from day one to close was only 30 days! Thanks Kelly!

Dylan was great to work with. Took a few months to find the right property for me but once we found the one he was on the spot and got things moving quick and properly and communicated any updates very well and was also willing to give any information I asked for and if he didn’t know he was quick to find out and get back with me. Definitely recommend.

Would go lower if possible. Jasmine beat around the bush had us sign 10 different purchase contracts never relayed information told us multiple times we were just waiting even had us find a a home inspector had everything set up and then once again every Changed and prices were changed this was a very unprofessional process will be switching realtors immediately.

We had worked with Nick Phillips to purchase our new home. He was extremely helpful. He listened to us in what we were looking for in a home. This was our first home purchase and he helped walk us through some of the steps. Easy to get in contact with him and always got back to us. We love our new home. :)

Mike Gaia was my realtor from Team Gosney. We looked at so many houses and he never quit on us. We kept finding something with every house that we did not like and Mike understood, so patient. We have gotten to know him so well he is like family to us. Well we finally found our home and he was so helpful through the whole process. This real estate company goes the extra mile for you making sure you are satisfied. Recommend them highly and please ask for Mike, he is awesome!

This was our first time buying a house and we were so blessed to work with Bryant Boyd. We had issues with our first attempt at a house but he was supportive, encouraging and never gave up. He kept telling us we would find our house and we did. So thankful for his assistance!

I wasn’t going to leave a review because I dislike putting anything negative out there; but over the past few days I kept thinking about how terrible they were when I was buying my house a year ago, and they just sent me ANOTHER text to review them. There was barely any contact the entire time, I don’t even know what they did that I couldn’t do myself. Basically they got commission off of nothing. They gave me James, from Mottomortgage, as my broker. It was a nightmare, the process took months and months because he clearly had no idea what he was doing. I felt like I was being put through hell. The deal almost went through because he was incompetent. I wish I knew better but it was my first house. I should have been smarter and went with someone else. Please save yourself the burden I went through and look elsewhere. There were so many extensions and I always had all of my documents on time. I had to submit my pay stubs at least 3 different months because of all the extensions and not getting things done in time. It was just awful.
