I just got PNC as my bank and I have had a good experience so far. The app is convenient and rather user friendly once you play around with it. Most things are self explanatory as far the app and online banking goes. I have had 2 meetings with Faith who is very knowledgeable and helpful for resources for my financial needs and wants. Most resources I didn't even realize/ know where even available.

Absolutely terrible! Decided they'd restructure accounts, converting a small balance checking account into one requiring a larger balance, then imposing a service fee when the account fell below the minimum. Legal form of theft if you ask me. Adding insult to injury, I was extremely dissatisfied with branch service in a neighboring state, but thought I'd ride it out upon moving to Columbiana. Turns out the service is worse at the Columbiana branch. The individual account holder is inconsequential to PNC. Corporate accounts are obviously where their priorities lie.

After a horrible experience in Chippewa from a bank manager named Renee, I was advised from a friend that I should not give up on PNC and to go see Cindy Cowen at the Columbiana branch. It was her day off today but A lovely woman named Jamie was working and she took her time and made several transfers to other accounts for me. She was pleasant and did her job well. I was getting nervous because of the line of people that were forming behind me. She never made me feel rushed. Going to the bank is like going to the grocery store. No one really wants to do it but you have to. I'm just glad that today went smooth and I was treated with respect. I will continue to bank with PNC. One really bad experience almost had me signing up somewhere else. I will for now on be doing all my banking at the Columbiana PNC branch rather than the Chippewa branch. Thank you Cindy for your hospitality and especially Jamie. It's tax season and my new card has a chip and I know the policy has changed. Thank you for treating me like a customer and not a criminal. PS why can't I deposit more than 2k in cash in the ATM in a month? Lol that needs fixed ðŸ˜
